If I could give it zero stars I would. Service was super slow and my orders were all messed up. I ordered Oreo slush, with Oreo and bubbles. That drink didn’t have bubbles or oreos. Second I got taro with bubbles and Oreos. This drink also didn’t have oreos. Terrible, as a long time customer I am highly disappointed.
Best bubble tea. Taro milk tea and taro slush are my favorites. Fast service and always a great drink every time!
This place is magical! I love love love the Honey milk tea! The taro is nice too. The staff are really nice and very professional. I am addicted! Wish I could give 10 stars, lol
Good bubble tea! Staff NOT FRIENDLY. No hi/hello, Welcome to kung fu tea. Etc…. I thought they were just busy the first time I picked up my drink. But the second time no line, my drinks was ready but always not in the picked up area. They taking too long to answer. They were just chatting behind the counter like seriously?Not coming back! And I do not recommend.
so many options, I've never been disappointed. I prefer to mobile order and just pick it up. super quick and easy and you get lots of rewards via the app.
Very bad pick up experience. Every time when I pick up my drink, it is already done, but rather than being placed at the pickup area, it's behind the counter. No one would answer your pickup request, so you have to wait until they finished all their work at hand. Instead of "order online, skip the line" experience, it's actually "order online, be the end of the line". Have ordered quite a few times already and the same thing happened every time. If you're too busy to answer the pickup customers, why not put the drink at the pickup area like many restaurants do?
This place is awesome loved all their varieties. Will be back to try more flavors.
Good teas. However, like others have commented, they’re scamming w/ the prices. Asked for a small, hot caramel macchiato and the lady told me they only have one size for hot drinks and charged me that price. She hands me my drink a few minutes later and mentions, “oh, we did have the smaller size for hot drinks”. Checked my receipt in the car and I’m sure I was charged for the larger “one size”
Chai Milk Tea was decent until I got to the bottom and sucked up a hair.
Best damn bubble tea ever! I live in NYC and I thought we had the best bubble teas ever? But I was so wrong until I tasted the bubble tea from this store! I can't stop talking about this tea.
