I walked into the store just to be told to go out again and come through drive through. It’s total nonsense that they won’t take the order if anyone walks into the store. Pathetic service. Plus had to repeat my order ten times at the drive through as lady over the intercom won’t understand the order. Absolutely not going there again. Pathetic experience.
The kfc in Columbia Maryland is clean and so delicious. I love the fries and fried chicken, the fried chicken was so yummy and the fries was yummy and we got the right order and great staff.
You can order through the drive though. I am not sitting a long as drive thru line chicken. But if I had an order to pick up. I can do so inside. What since does that make. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Bad customer service
We don’t always get what we ordered and it’s not worth going back. Also times where gravy is not sealed so it leaks. Seems like they are too busy for a quick quality check.
Need to do better. I understand it’s hard to find workers but at least have someone on the drive thru that speaks clear English. Order was wrong she couldn’t understand English at all. I asked for my card back but she kept talking. I was going to go inside but she spoke clearly then and said we’re closed inside. So she pick and chose when she wanted to speak clear English. I end up googling Popeyes it was 10 minutes away so I went. Definitely need someone better working the drive that can speak clear English
The first time we went, we chose the $20 fill up, & in other kfc’s they let us choose the sides but this specific kfc said we could only have the sides they chose, coleslaw which we hate & mash potatoes which we didnt want because we wanted fries for my toddler. 2nd time around it said drive thru was open which we waited 7 minutes saying hello, & nobody answered, this was30 minutes before closing time.
Chicken is like a bricks can't eat stale biscuits or in oven all day i spend my moneyI'm not coming back here ever!
If you like your food cooked in extremely burnt oil this is the place for you. I love KFC but not when management doesn't do their job. Trying to save money by not changing the oil is not a good business move when all your food is cooked in it. It takes a good product and completely ruins it. Not only did my chicken taste like burnt oil but it wasn't even hot. Room temperature at best. Food safety issues all across the board. Enjoy
I get that it’s Covid still and there are less people during each shift but we waited 15 minutes for chicken tenders to be cooked for the drive-thru, did not receive a receipt, and they were out of Pepsi. Third experience like this at this location so won’t be returning. Oh well.
Super nasty. Went inside just to look at the order board and got angrily yelled at twice... NO ORDERS INSIDE the woman YELLED! The inside was open for pick up orders only. I get it but no call to be so rude. The nearby gas station that sells chicken was MUCH nicer.
