I get take out here all the time and they are always quick and my order is consistently correct. The staff are very friendly and generally helpful/good customer service. Highly recommend the baked potatoes... they are huge and the toppings are always fresh and delicious! Restaurant is spacious, extremely clean, and not crowded. Pre-covid I came here to eat in person frequently and always had a good experience!
Wonderful spot to eat. We used to go to the Jason’s deli in Timonium but they closed when covid hit.My wife and I decided to try the Columbia location and really enjoyed it. It was clean, the service was great, and the food was top notch.We would love to see another Jason’s deli open closer to our home in Harford county or maybe northern Baltimore County.
I used to love this place but it isn't worth it for the price anymore. The salad bar is great but not kept as fresh as previous years. It is also one trip, which makes this restaurant less special since I can get a 10 dollar salad anywhere. I hope to see some improvements as time goes on.
Great service and food selection. Love the free ice cream and beverage options. I will be back.
I am giving Jason's Deli a 5star rating because of how fresh their sandwiches are upon delivery. I can never go wrong with the California Club on Herb Focacccia! It is always tasty, fresh and delicious and I've had it 3 days in a row with a side of the blue corn chips and salsa which elevate the whole bite. The Mini Gingerbread muffins are also a must for me.
I love Jason's Deli! I was so happy to find out there is a location in Maryland! The food is good, when you dine in... You get a complimentary ice cream! I love the Plain Jane potato! Ain't nothing plain about?
We ordered out from here tonight and wow. I had the gumbo and beefeater and both were amazing. I couldn't believe how big the sandwich was and how much meat it had on it. Seasoned wonderfully and the aujus was so flavorful. There are so many options here and the prices are great for what you get. Found a new favorite spot. I would add a picture but I ate it too quickly :)
Ordered a pick up, when I got there they tried to get me to pay for the order again, I paid for it online. They checked and saw that I paid. Easily could of paid twice. Otherwise the food was very good. Had the Carmela and Italian Cruz Po Boy. Would have given more stars if not for trying to charge me twice.

Well, that was disappointing! We had no idea that the salad bar was only one trip. That is a considerable change from all you can eat. There was no communication about the change either, I was just supposed to know? I witnessed the shock other patrons experienced while they received the same news. Poor communication on managements part, we won’t be back.
