Our family ate at the Sports Bar / Grotto Pizza. We ordered different foods, including wings, pizza, cheesesteaks with french fries. The wings were cooked perfectly with nice flavor. Great ranch dressing for the wings, used to dip our fries. ? Food tasted okay other then the wings! It was nice being a Sports Bar, of course drinks were ordered.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a salad off DoorDash since I’m confined to the house right now for work. They completely forgot the main ingredient.. the salad dressing! This salad is basically useless to me since I do not want to eat dry lettuce. I called Grotto to let them know about the blunder and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. He did apologize for mistake, offer to correct it, nothing. He simply said “ok. Thank you bye”… seriously the worst. I will not be ordering from here again simply for the horrible customer service. Such a shame too since I really enjoy their pizza.

Staff is very nice and friendly. Service is quick. Pretty good pizza
Grotto pizza was a nice changeup from the Dominos and Pizza Huts of the world. The pizza was nicely made with a good amount of sauce and toppings with a nicely baked, thinner crust. The flavors of the pizza were amazing and made me definitely want to come back and try more of the options that were available on their pizzas.
Love their pizza. Was there for lunch on a weekday and only one server was working the entire restaurant. The place wasn't super busy but service was definitely slow. I'm guessing the lack of staff was covid related but others helped the server and everyone was really nice.
Outstanding, unique, delicious pizza! A kind, welcoming staff of great integrity. Thanks to them I was able to recover my wallet I carelessly dropped while visiting. Thank you!!
This was my first time here. The food here was amazing. The atmosphere was great. I mistakenly sat near the window. It was a draft that was killing me. 9 out of 10 i woukd recommend.
Food is always hot and delicious every time. They're always so nice as well. I fully recommend coming here if you're looking for a good place to eat with a friendly atmosphere.
