We've ordered pizza from this location several times. Pizza is always delicious and toppings are generous. Great service and very reasonable prices!

They screw up every order. Every. Single. Time. You give them specific instructions and they never bother to read it. It was so bad that I started calling after I place an order to verify the details and any specific requests.Tonight I ordered a white pizza, no tomatoes because of a food allergy, and a panini with blue cheese on the side. I even called to verify they received that and the specific requests. It took over an hour for them to deliver the food. It arrived and there were tomatoes on my pizza and no blue cheese on the side. Had I not seen this and eaten those tomatoes, I would have had a reaction and needed medical attention.Their carelessness is not only unprofessional, but dangerous. They will never be receiving my business again.
Okay so get this, yesterday night December 17, 2021 me and my friend went to gateway to order a half extra cheese and pepperoni pizza … we ordered over our phone in the car and waited over well over 20 minutes to receive this monstrosity of a pizza. During the halfway point of our wait time, my friend went In to check on the pizza and he recalled the staff barely speaking to him but laughing and hanging out .. they’re relaxed attitudes created THIS PIZZA . Gateway has really disappointed me this time.
If, like us, you are still dining home this winter due to the pandemic, try Gateway. Their pizza and cheesesteak subs are great. They have their own drivers for delivery who almost always arrive at the time stated when you order, and the food is still hot when you get it. What a novel idea for take out! I wish we could get this from all restaurants.
Ordered 2 bowls of MD crab soup the night before Thanksgiving. Both were water. When I called several days later they refused to give me a refund or replace the soup. Unfortunately, I was unable to call the night I ordered as I was too busy at work. On another occasion, I ordered a club. Heavily processed, very salty turkey ruined it. My co-workers frequently order from here. We will not be ordering again. The fact that they could not replace 2 bowls of soup for a repeat customer is insane.

I just had one of the best meals here. The pizza was so good that I didn’t care that I needed to let the pizza cool just a bit. My focus was to eat every single bit of the sizable portion. Staff was also outstanding. I can’t wait to try the whole menu. I haven’t even started on the flavoring of the fries… It was a thoroughly enjoyed experience. I hope that they open a store in Upper Marlboro, MD but will drive the distance because it is well worth it.
