Looked at all the reviews and I had to try it out for my self and I must say that all the hype is true, I think they just acquired a customer for life. Viva la El Sabor Chapin!! ???.
I come here several times a week. Such a hidden gem. Everything on the menu is amazing. Great prices too. The wait is 10-12 minutes but that’s because it’s one man running the food truck from 10 am - 8 pm every day. The picture is of his chicken fajitas.
Good for vegetarians! I had the quesadilla with beans & rice on the side. Owner is very nice. They have a limited menu of tacos, burrito, quesadilla, fajitas but everything is amazing, fresh. I was expecting more traditional central American food but this was great! Husband loved his chorizo tacos too
Best food hands down! The pasta is my favorite but the tacos and quesadilla are just as good! Flavor is great
Amazing tacos! The steak and shrimp tacos are phenomenal with loads of flavor and juices. Very cheap for the amount and quality of food you get! This place is a hidden gem and a must try for all!

This is the best food truck ever!!! Everything tastes amazing. My favorite thing to get is the quesadillas. ( chicken steak or shrimp ) sometimes I ask for all 3 ? cause they taste that good! ? To top it off, He’s a super cool guy. I’m pulling up 2 to 3 times a week.
I travel almost weekly 30 minutes for these tacos. Hands down the best food truck tacos I’ve ever had.
