I had a bad experience, and the employee was very rude. Waiting on a call back to get my refund.
To be so early in the morning 9:25am I ordered two different types of doughnuts all were stayle and hard.
It is a regular Dunkin donuts but the store was dirty and they ran out of many of the options.
Today was my 3rd consecutive visit where my order was wrong. Today instead of giving me pancake mini's or telling me they were out and refunding me the money they decided to place hash browns in the bag and then the young lady making the order had an attitude when asked.
Used the mobile app to purchase a iced coffee and avocado toast. They served me burnt toast and covered it up with the avocado spread!! I did not even realize this until I got to my destination. This is horrible customer service…. Did they think I would not be able to use any of my 5 senses??? It looks horrible, smells horrible, and tastes horrible!! Not happy at all!!
Every time I go there the staff is so rude. They act like anyone that comes to the counter is a inconvenience. Not only that my coffee was burnt and just gross.
This location is terrible. Lady charged me with an extra coffee and a donut even though I didn't order it. She screwed up the app transaction saying the money would come off after I pay so I followed her instructions and I was stilled charged after I paid. I was fed up at that point and realize she probably would screw up the drink order so I just cancelled the whole order. Such a waste of time. Don't go to this location.
don’t waste your time or money here. the drinks are rarely made properly, even if it’s the simplest drink. just please don’t waste your energy here, it’s worth the drive to go somewhere else.
Got 2 dozen donuts! They were okay, not super amazing but certainly did the job. There was quite a few people waiting but since I just got donuts I was able to get in and out pretty quickly.
Ive visited this location for years and their staff is THE most unfriendly set of people in ANY Dunkin Location. It doesnt matter how much you smile and are bubbly with them they seem like they hate being there. The one who is the most egregious is a short Nepalese/Indian woman. She is ALWAYS rude year after year unless you have light/white skin, then she is sweet and bubbly. I send in my white coworkers to deal with her now because she loves their white skin so much. Also, my order is ALWAYS the same order and they never get it right. I literally order the same thing day after day and theres always something missing. My breakfast sandwich will have no egg, or my hash browns will only have 2 pieces, or no sugar in my coffee AT ALL. Terrible. Go to the one inside of BJs just up the road 1 mile away. Dont give this location anymore money
