This is the 3rd location that I've visited and on oar with the other restaurants. Food and drinks were delivered promptly. The wait staff was very friendly. And the food was as good as the other locations.
Great food. Go at least once. You won’t regret it.
Mango mojitos we’re good if a bit stronger lime flavor then I would prefer. The margaritas were huge and tasty. Housemade guacamole was a hit with my crew. Tacos, bowls and burritos were all amazing. Definitely give this place a chance. PS lots of gluten-free options!
This place has a nice ambience with good food and drink options. Taste of the food is good with quality. Price is little higher for the quantity served. Customer service is good, friendly and food is served on time.
We just stopped in to check out the place and have a margarita at the bar. Their chips and salsa were great, their signature margaritas (pic) were so expensive at $13 to $15 for signature margaritas. Their happy hour margaritas were big and only $6. But I found them too sweet. Very girly margaritas.Second visit I had the to go carnitas platter (pic). It was very delicious. Juicy n flavorful, high in salt.
Ordered online. When I arrived, I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes. Ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes on top of the promised time it would be ready. I could excuse the wait time if the food had been good, but it was not. The container was soupy at the bottom in an unpleasant way, barely any flavor, and I’m not even sure the shrimp was fully cooked. Really disappointed, as I’d always heard good things. For the cost it is completely inexcusable. Won’t be returning.
I visited on 3/2/22. Service that night was horrible. My waiter acted as if we were bothering him. My steak was over cooked tremendously. And my drink was watered down. This was my third time eating here. And my first bad experience. When the bill came my friend and I split the check and paid with cards. I did not leave Hector a tip due to the poor service I received. I never complained because I do not want people messing with my food. I just endured it. Days later I see my bank statement. The $52 I paid for my food changed “to add tip”, to $57. He also did the same to my friends bill. That is illegal & completely unacceptable. When I called the restaurant to complain neither manager I spoke with sounded out raged. They offered to give me a $5 refund or $5 gift card. It’s not about the $5 it’s the principle. An employee stole from me. I will never support or eat here again. Be mindful & check your bank statements to make sure tips are not altered.
Disappointed. We ordered avocado salad with chicken.We only got shredded lettuce with a few boiled broccoli. That's it !!!
We arrived Friday night without a reservation. The place was busy and were told it would be 30 minutes. Within 5 minutes we were seated and served some delicious chips and salsa. My wife and ordered guacamole as an appetizer and it was fresh made and very good. The rest of the meal arrived quick and hot. Like the salsa and guacamole everything was fantastic. Would highly recommend.
