Not a nice experience. They charge you a lot for each additional ingredient and the servers seem to be afraid of the cashier and owner who charged me twice for my salad… ?
Kinda spendy for salad. It was good. What was memorable was that they were experiencing some sort of technical issue (I guess?) and could not process anyone's card for payment. There was a family in front of us with 2 hungry kids, food already made, bagged....and they couldn't process the guy's payment. Now he had a verifiable high end credit card/bank card -- and yet???? The guy had to leave without his food, it sat there in a bag, presumably got thrown out since it was made to order... NOT his fault they couldn't process the payment. If we hadn't had cash, we would have left food-less too! I offered to pay for the family's food, but the guy was clearly irritated by the whole interaction & thanked me but declined. Won't likely go back. One & done.

We live incredibly close to Arundel Mills Mall and have a slew of choices outside our door to go to ... and we drive to Columbia Mall just to go to Chop Chop Salad. No other salad place near us compares to this one. Love it!
I ordered a caesar salad (normally $7.50) but with a different dressing and they charged $15. So firstly clearly a rip off but then i tried the salad and the dressing (chipotle ranch) was watery with little flavor and the chicken was so dry you needed a drink close by to be able to swallow. So if you want a salad, do yourself a favor, go to the grocery store, buy the ingredients and all of that will be less than what this place charged and you'll be able to make multiple salads.
I paid 16 for a salad exactly the way I wanted it only to get home snd it was all Mushy and not even appetizing looking if you were going to get your food to go do not get it chopped up or the dressing on it. The salad shop that was here previously was awesome this is completely different. Please remove purchase number 1WW2 for $16.25 at 253pm on 9/24
The salads are ok but the salad dressings mess the whole salad up it always seems to be watered down. Food isn't cheap anymore so it would be nice to have real salad dressing instead of these homemade watered down salad dressings.
It was a good experience. Friendly and helpful staff.
We have this restaurant at our mall and I have experienced nothing but amazing service from its employees! The salad is always fresh and everyone is so kind. :)
Very good quality food … I had tuna with salad , loved it , very healthy menu to choose from at the columbia mall. I highly recommend this place for everyone …
