I’ve ordered online 3 times to get this skimp of A bowl. Why even pay 14-15 dollars for this half and half. You guys maybe woke and support these woke stuff but I know for sure you don’t support your customers with your product. I used to rave how chipotle is better than qudoba but now I’m switching to your competitor. It’s literally 6 big bites. ( I just finished eating that snack that almost costed $20 guess what not the slightest bit full.)

I love Chipotle and this Chipotle location does excel at delivering great food but the food is never ready on time. I order from this Chipotle often using the app and it is never ready on time. In my most recent visit, the app said my food would be ready at 7 PM but I got there and had to wait until 7:50 PM before it finally got ready.

If you place your order online, they’ll get it wrong almost every single time. At best, you’ll get one or two wrong ingredients. At worst, you’ll get the completely wrong order. Because of this, we decided to go and put the order in person because it should be better, right? Sure, if you want to wait 30 minutes in line because out of the 6 people working, only one is moving with any urgency. Never coming back!

Food is pretty good (not as good as when I first started going there years ago)The attitude is what I can do without. I feel like I'm inconveniencing the employees there because I ordered several items.The concept of customer service is very rare these days. It is however possible when ordering a $10-15 meal. Just look at Chick-fil-A!I try to order online as much as possible so I don't have to deal with the attitude but it didn't work tonight. Thankfully I don't eat here that often.

Usually this is one of the better Chipotle’s to visit. If I have it made fresh I have good results. But do not place an order for pickup! I’ve done this twice and both times they screwed up the orders! Last time I used the app. I ordered double chicken but barely got any chicken and just a tiny bit of cheese! I’m guessing they were running out of chicken so rather than wait to do the order correctly they put just a tiny bit in. They forgot my dressing for both salads too! The time before last I had to wait in line to pickup but it took five minutes for an employee to come over and start handling orders out. I won’t come back here unless I have time to wait and have my order made fresh.

As someone who has worked at Chipotle before, I can safely say that I usually expect the worst but hope for the best. This location was packed. And yet they still got everyone's food done in record time and everything tasted amazing. Good portions as well. Thoroughly impressed.

Same as the others, the line workers were pleasant.The cashier was kinda meh.The have a blueberry Ice-T that was tasty.

order was wrong and cold. picked u on time. had to wait in line as they were not using self pickup. I am way over Chipotle - no quality control

Waited an hour for a mobile order that they reprinted the order to make and still never got it! They are to busy to handle mobile orders and in store guests. Getting a refund was easier through the app then with a person there. I still like their food but this location has issues.

Ordered online. When I came to pick it up, there were several customers standing around waiting to pick up their food. No one at Chipotle was helping them out. They no longer was putting carryout on the shelves. Anyway finally got my order and dropped it off at home for my kids. While I was on my way to work, they called to tell me the order was wrong. I didn't have time to go back. Went online to talk with a customer service representative who hung up in me.Nevertheless never got a solution, so I decided not to order online any more.
