Sat in the line for 15 minutes for the worker to tell me she can not serve me because I'm not wearing a mask. At this time they mask mandate was lifted, and on top of it 2 of the workers did not have there masks on.
The worst chipotle I ever been to they ask your for ID to pick up your food where in the policy does say Treat your customers like that
Unbelievable, says the store was closed at 8:00 pm on both the chipotle website and Google. Placed my order for 7:00pm and when I arrived at 7:30 pm the store was already closed. They need to correct their store closing times to the according to the times when the mall actually closes, not according to chipotle. You should not be able to order pickup when the store is ACTUALLY CLOSED.
They give you very small portions and from the looks of it, it would look like they ate half the bowl before giving it to you. Worker was scooping rice with one hand while struggling to put the tortilla in the heater. She was acting like she is forced to work there. Bags of chip were not filled like how they were suppose to. Do not recommend.
0 stars if possible. worker seemed like she didn’t want to work, gave very little of everything, and the food was overall not enjoyable. also caused me stomach pain. buts that’s just me, y’all stay safe
My husband & I eat at Chipotle frequently, but this was first time at this location...we BOTH developed stomach issues on our 2 hour ride home...we had similar items & couldn't pinpoint what the culprit was...not good!

Ok, I wouldn't say I like writing Reviews; the stress to search them up and then start writing about it is not always worth it for me. But today, I had the worse chipotle here. The steak and chicken taste spoilt; everything is cold to the touch. The staff act as if they force them to be there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
DO NOT ORDER from this location. Consistently takes takes hours to get food and order is usually incorrect or missing items.
