Do a ton of traveling and easily the worst chick-fil-A I’ve ever encountered. Fries were mushy almost like they were microwaved and thrown in a box. Purpose of a brand is to expect the same quality no matter what brand location you go to…. My husband asked if we could have new fries and they go “no we don’t make fries crispy” lol and proceeded to stare at my husband the entire time we ate
We did a curb side pickup. The ordering process, check in and delivery went so smooth. Very efficient and quick. Food as always delicious.Updating my review to May. 2022.After years of great service. we had a very negative experience.We sat in the car for 15 mins after it said the food is on the way. Gave up and went to the store and found it sitting on the table unattended with no proper communication from the front desk.We drive back and it is past 9pm and we are starving . Hubby takes a bite and spits it out saying there is a hair in the sandwich . Yucked out we through it in the trash.I take a bite and feel something stringy yep hair in my sandwich tangled up in the lettuce. Grossed up threw everything in the trash. Thats how our dinner was ruined.Not sure will be going back again.Very poor service...
Awful experience. I had ordered to go 2 Cobb salads as well as other items. When I got to my destination I opened my salads and both Cobb salads were missing the chicken! How does one forget to add the chicken on both salads, when the restaurant is known for selling chicken?? I could not go back to the restaurant and submitted an online complaint and received an automated email that someone would contact me. Well it's been well over a week and no one has contacted me. This location has gone down hill. Poor service. Such a shame
Drive thru is always a little busy, I'd recommend ordering online for curbside pick up- plenty of numbered curbside pick-up spots available. Saves time if your in hurry.
I used to come here a lot until my family started struggling financially, and that's when I realized how expensive it is. It was $17 just to get food for myself, and nearly $60 if I went with my 2 family members. The insanely high prices combined with waiting in line for 40 minutes isn't worth it in the slightest, not even for the waffle fries.
Best Chick Fil A service that is closest to me. It is my go to lunch or dinner preference. Always expect to receive your meal better than how you ordered it.
The service is wonderful but everytime I come here my food is not good. The first time I ordered a grilled chicken biscuit for breakfast and the chicken was so dry and rubbery. I couldn't eat it all. The next time I got an egg biscuit and my biscuit was so crunchy it sounded like I had bacon on it.
I walked in and asked an employee if they would cook my fries a little longer. My request was denied, so I left. The manager seemed annoyed with my request. I went elsewhere and had a meal with fries the way I wanted. This happens to me at many Chick-Fil-A locations and I am sick of it. The shakes are usually good, the sandwiches are fine, but their waffle fries taste like half cooked pasty potatoes and often arrive cold. Done with that.
The food was okay, they forgot to give us our basic utensils,so make sure you check your bag before pulling off.
Great food and customer service. Very clean and relatively fast considering how much business it gets. Wish more could be done about the traffic flow. There are always a few dozen cars during peak hours and difficult to maneuver through the parking lot.
