I come to this location on my lunch break whenever I feel the itch for some fast food. I placed a curbside order. The order came out pretty quickly; however the server did not speak or smile. She -saw my face- and threw the bag in my window and walked away. There was no ‘have a good day’ or anything. I was shocked and honestly confused because this is Chic-fil-a, home of the best service. I was concerned, so I went inside of the store to speak with a manger. The manger was empathetic and told me he would speak with the server. I can’t believe I had a bad experience at Chic-fil-a. :(
Store has gone way downhill. Used to be able to get drive thru, and go home confident that my order is perfect. These days, DO NOT leave without checking EVERYTHING. They screw up the order at least half the time. Usually it's a missing fry or a missing chicken sandwich. Other times it's a half filled fry container. Tonight was the icing on the cake. After checking my order and fixing my TWO missing fries, I went home, and handed the container labeled "Mac & cheese" to my son. Imagine the surprise when he opened the container to find grilled chicken nuggets instead. What the hell, Chick-fil-A? What is so hard about getting an order right (a mobile order, in fact, so no issues with communication)?
The food was great, but one of the sandwiches came cold. We went to return the sandwich and it took almost half an hour to get the sandwich back. Ridiculously, we weren't even given an apology after having to wait for such a long period of time. The customer service wasn't great and may prevent me from ever eating at this place again.
I visited this chick-fil-a on 2/19/22 and was really disappointed with their service. It was very hard to get to them, so I decided to do the mobile app worked great, but I forgot to add the sauce. so, when the delivery person came, I tried to ask she just looked at me and walked away. I went inside and got my sauce. It's when I started to eat my chicken strips I was surprised as they tasted nothing like Chick-Fil-A strips I thought I was at a MC Doanld or Wends just bland if I was not on the highway, I would have taken them back. I will say that for some reason Chick-Fil-A has been losing a lot of points as service at multiple locations have been falling short. I hope this helps you get better. I go here all the time! The staff is always friendly. I used curbside and dine in the most. I don't remember my order ever getting wrong. And they are fast!
Good food but they had me waiting for nearly 30 minutes for my order, and people who came in after us we’re getting food before us
Their fries are never fresh and always feel like they have been cooked in old oil plus the Fries are never hot.Seems like they cook more than they need. Even when you request for fresh fries they go ahead and give you cold fries ....and I am better off going to another place ......if I could give it zero I be would....
This is my least favorite chick-fil-a location out of like every chick-fil-a I have ever been to. If you want to find the anomaly store where it’s not abnormally great but in fact below subpar come here. Cold orders, burnt orders, missing sauce, no salt, wicked long waiting time - you name it I’ve experienced it here. And to top it off they manage to find the folks who are the least pleased to come to work. I’ve had more than a few negative experiences with workers at this location. So if you can I would say spend your dollars at another chick-fil-a.
Service was fast. Food was dry. No sauce given at drive thru. I will stay with ordering lunch from this location.
