Waited 55 minutes after ordering two crepes for in store pick up. Went to check on my order and my Belgian crepes were made as waffles and had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes - the order of fries for even longer and had not begun to make the other order. So much for a Happy Mother’s Day. Only one person making food whole two young men walk in circles. Disappointed.
The cafe is soo small, but that doesn’t matter. The food is to die for. I want to try the whole menu!! Everything waffle and smoothie that I’ve tried so far have been sooo delicious!
I ordered a savory crepe and a sweet one and both were PHENOMINAL. They were super tasty and the staff was super nice! There was a bit of a wait time but that's very understandable since they make things fresh.I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the Curry chicken crepe because I wolfed it down already.
My daughter and I have been going to Cafe Mezcla (she calls it the crepe place) since before she could walk/talk. We love all the foods and coffees they offer; the chicken and waffles is fire! Hope they make inside seating available soon.
Kind of expensive but it's well worth the cost. Their crepes are immaculate and their fries are no slouch either. I've gotta come back and try as many of their choices as possible.
BLUF: I recommend. The food is great and the two main workers are always nice. This place has delicious crepes, my kids prefer this place vs one we tried in Sykesville. The selection of food and drinks is large, there's NO LINE and prices are very reasonable.I highly recommend.
I will not be going back here again. I haven’t received that level of POOR and RUDE customer service in years. They told us the food would take 20 mins and they would bring the kids food out earlier. We went inside after an hour to ask about our order, and she rudely said the food had been waiting on the counter - even though they originally told us they would bring it out to us. On top of all that, they got our order wrong. The food wasn’t even that good! Save yourself the drama and headache and go somewhere else.
Poor customer service from the manager. The food was a three out of five. I got a chicken and waffles and it was pretty small for $11. I do not recommend the Thai iced tea it's very thick for some reason. But the atmosphere is cute for a brunch
We had the Bombay crepe, and Curious George pancakes!Good food, will be back definitely to try the other options, those Creme Brûlée pancakes have a date with me already!
Small cafe that does really good breakfast/brunch food. Made to order crepes, waffles, and French toast with a variety of sweet and savory fillings/topping, plus coffee and tea drinks. Sunday morning was busy, with about a 25 minute wait time on orders, but the food was pleasantly good, hot, and fresh.
