This location is awesome - free parking garage, plenty of outdoor seating, including a deck!Although the restaurant was nowhere near full, today must have been a challenging day for the crew there. I came along with a party of 10, with the understanding that they don't take reservations, I called to be added to their walk-in wait list 8 times throughout the morning before our party arrived for lunch. The phone was never answered, however thankfully, when we arrived they were able to see us within 10 minutes. We were told that the bartender was behind, but didn't realize that meant getting my (non-alcoholic) juice well after I had already finished my meal. Ironically, we were set right in front of the kitchen, however almost everyone's food was cold by the time it was brought to the table. Several friends ordered coffee and there was a significant wait for it. However, it was also cold.Overall, it was an unfortunately disappointing dining experience, especially given that we were there to celebrate a milestone birthday for one of my friends. We did speak with a manager and he helped remove the drinks from our bill and offered free desserts, however after already having sat there so long, I was ready to go. I will give this location another try in the future and will have my fingers crossed for a more enjoyable experience.

great ambiance, drinks, and food!

Don’t come here for the food!Really disappointed at the low quality food and service. If at least it tasted good… or if at least there was good serviceI had the lamb burger and I did not like the taste of the meat at all.My husband had the fried chicken sandwich which costed over $15 and he said, “if at least they threw the buns for a little toast in the grill…”Very disappointed!

I understand that some diners love this place. We, a group of 5 adults, thought that the coffee was bitter but weak, the iced tea was off tasting and each of our various brunch entrees were pretty tasteless. I wondered if everything we had was rewarmed before being served. A very disappointing experience. The place does have a nice ambiance.

Had brunch here, the atmosphere, food, and sangria is great, but the service needs to be addressed. Time to get drinks, order, get checked in on, or pay the bill is a bit much. The server was kind when she came around. Just be ready to order everything the 1st time they come by or standby for a delayed process.

Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff and food was very good. Placed an order for carry out and drove over there to pick it up, but it wasn’t ready for an additional 30 minutes past the original 30 minute pick up time it was scheduled for. The kitchen was backed up and I overheard there was 3 events going on. Besides that, the food compensated for the wait time and next time I’m definitely dining in. The halal fried chicken sandwich was delicious. The quinoa salad was also very tasty. We ordered the vegan tuna sandwich and got a avocado panini instead…still good. Carrot cake for dessert hit the spot!

I love the aurora of this place. The mission statement goes along the lines of bringing diversity and cultures together. It's a cool place within the restaurant itself. The scenery within is cool. The food was pretty good too. Definitely a nice spot to try in the area.. also plenty of vegetarian and vegan options.

Food- Spectacular farm to table vibe; fresh ingredients. Love tge Kale Salad & Chicken Panini delicious percolating with flavor. Service- Attentive & Quick. Ambiance- favorite outside upper deck for the view & the breeze

Busboys and poets Columbia is definitely a good vibe. Everyone from the hostess to the servers were amazing! The hostess seated us quickly. Chloe was very knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations. The music was on point. The shrimp crab fritters, shrimp and grits, sweet potato waffle and catfish were delicious.

It took us 7.5 minutes just to be greeted. I started timing AFTER I went to the washroom. It was extremely disappointing. The place partially made up for it with the food being delicious. We go there quite often but this time the 7.5 minute greeting time has me wanting to sell my husband on another favorite place. He really loves their chicken panini. We spent $100 plus tip. Not pictured is the wings and dessert my husband was in the pictures. Oh and it was his birthday they don't give compliment dessert just write on the plate. The manager seemed to have no idea as he or she wasn't sweeping the dining room. Overall I wasn't happy.
