Really great place to grab a burger, some gourmet fries and a shake. Highly recommend. Raymond was super helpful too!
Today's Burger Fi's experience was excellent. My family comes now and then, and was disappointed for a while the the drink machine basically gave out soda water. It was fixed and drinks are fine!Our fries were bountiful and excellent, the burgers were well-dressed and flavorful, and again, the drinks worked.My wife had a problem paying, but Raymond helped out, discovering a penny was stuck in the card reader. He was very friendly and patient working through the problem.
Well I heard about this place though a family member Raymond he kept on insisting that I try out burgerfi... Well one day I did and it was the best thing that happened.... I'm not big on eating out but he got me to try it and the first thing I noticed that it was very clean and the energy was inviting it smelt so good from the outside and I was thinking I hope it taste as good as it smell lol... I must admit it was way better than what I even expected!!! This Restaurant deserves more than 5 stars!!! Thanks Raymond for showing a new great place to take me and my kids!!! The kids love it too!!!
Delicious burgers...in fact, the best burger spot in the area....avid fan of the Columbia location --been there six times the past 3 weeks... the service always prompt and friendly, especially from Raymond
I have had lunch at BurgerFi Columbia about four times in the past month. The burgers and fries are rated 5 out of 5 stars. In addition to the excellent food, I enjoy going there because one of your team members, Raymond Poston, is always so very friendly and welcoming. He treats me and other customers like family. He is a tremendous asset to your company.
Definitely good burgers and I do recommend you give this place a go, but it's a bit pricey for the quality. The shakes and the cakes are really good as well. But again, not quite worth the price. I do not personally recommend the fries. Think Five Guys when it comes to this place. They're very generous and give you a bag full of their floppy soggy fries. No thanks.
Biggest waste of $34. First off the guy at the counter who was supposed to help us was too busy texting.. when my husband called him out he said his manager was texting him. 2:30 on 3-13..GM so you know. The place is SUPER dirty.. see pictures. The burger was no better than McDonald's and a whole lot more expensive. The fries and onion rings are gross. Fries were burnt. Onion rings doughy gross with no flavor. 6 people working and no one came to clean 1 table for the 20 minutes we were there. Wish there was some way to get my money back. Things are so much more expensive these days.. That was $34 in the trash can. Maybe this business is shutting down soon.. seems like they it by their: food, service, and quality. Please don't visit this business and save your money!
Mmmmm. Great burger! I had a burgerfi burger with Swiss cheese, jalapeños, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. My nice had almost the same with out the jalapeños, and tomatoes. She also had the Oreo shake (Mmmm ?). For my wife I ordered the Quinoa veggie lettuce (as a bun) burger to go. She loves this veggie burger (best in the DC metro area.). This place has to be in your must visit if you like burgers.Enjoy with your eyes ?. ???
I had high hopes for this place, looking at the menu it was a bit pretentious and premium prices. I figured it would be at least a good burger fries. Unfortunately the burger was dry and had very little flavor. The fries were natural cut, but way overcooked. I am guess they didn't par cook them at all?Most of this would be somewhat forgivable, but at this price point I can just go to shake shack and get a consistent and better experience. This might have been a one off, but I have no reason to find out.
The burgers are pretty terrible. No flavor, overcooked and dry, and the lettuce was wilting. I could smell the wilting lettuce when I opened the box. We ordered onion rings, which I'm sure when fresh are pretty okay. Though they were super greasy. It's kind of sad that the onion rings were better than the burger at a place named after burgers. Save your time, your money, and your stomach.
