Worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. I heard good things about the Ch'king so I decided to give it a try. I asked for the spicey sauce on the side. I was the only one in the store and it still took like 15 minutes to get it. In place of the spicey sauce was 3 worthless mayo packets. The sandwhich was absurdly small and had an almost inedible consistency. I had only taken two small bites before photographing this travesty. Never again.
The crew here is top notch, friendly, clear spoken on the drive through, they take care of the customers. Food is hot and made to order. What more can one ask for.
The workers were pleasant. Facility appeared clean. The coke machine is awesome. The food was good. Took a little long for fast food.
Every single time I've gone in, the white managers just openly bully their black coworkers. This past time, it was a man who was obviously still in training and was asking questions. If whips were legal, they'd have some.
We all know what the food tastes like, so there's no review for that. However, this is the 1st time I've been to this Burger King and I must say, this was one of my best experience at a fast food restaurant. The staff is extremely polite and competent. The food came out hot and fresh. You can tell management runs a tight ship here..Other locations should be trained just as such. This location is leading a heck of an example. You guys are superb!! Keep up the great work!!!
I live in the neighborhood and I have to go to this location time to time but there is some dumb people working there never get any order right and they take forever even if no one is shopping. Poor service try to avoid this place.
This Burger King is much less crowded than the one in Ellicott city. It's kind of a hidden treasure. Drive-thru very fast.
Fries were delivered nice and warm but all the hamburgers were cold. Not ordering from this Burger King again.
litterally gave me a bun with nothing on it. not sure who you guys have working there but my orders messed up each & everytime. if your craving burger king, drive the extra mile & go to a different one..
I love this BK location. It's small, but always fast and with incredibly competent staff. There is an employee (a manager I believe), named April, who is really great at her job. She keeps the place running efficiently, but is always working, helping her employees, whereas I see other manager types just stand around and let the employees do the "grunt" work. I go here fairly often (maybe once a week) and find myself somewhat disappointed if I walk through the door and don't see her working.
