Ordered the 10 boneless wings bundle. Receipt even confirmed it. The bag stated that a worker had checked the order. I opened it up when I got home and it was 5 bone in wings.I called up and after 20 minutes in hold the manager tells me I can get a refund within 8-9 days. It's been two weeks and NOTHING on my credit card statement. I've disputed the charge and I'm never coming back.If you enjoy wings that have been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 hours with the sauce soaked into them then this place is for you!

Their service was weak at best before the pandemic, and back when BWW's website wasn't complete garbage for take-out orders. Now, their service is worse, and you're as likely to get someone who hangs up on you halfway through a take-out order as actually take it down. There were probably always better options, but now, would be curious if anyone can name one they feel is worse.

This place needs to go ahead a shut down. You can't get anyone on the phone and they shut down online ordering hours before closing. When I finally got someone on the phone, the guy put me on hold. I drove to the restaurant while on hold since I was already out and was calling to place a to go order. I get to the restaurant ( while still on hold) just to be told they are closed. It was 9:30pm and they close at 11pm! Why didn't the guy tell me they were closed? I wasted my gas driving there when he could've told me they were closed instead of placing me on hold.

What a joke. I'm so angry. Ordered a 6 piece of Nashville hot traditional wings, 2 ranches, and celery. Took AN HOUR AND A HALF TO ARRIVE. Cold obviously. Wings were wrong - they were bbq flavored. I hate bbq. And zero ranch and zero celery. How does someone mess something up so badly?I want my money back but can't get it because my boyfriend sent the request in for only ranch and celery before checking the wing flavor. 13 bucks down the drain.

Well, the wings were technically edible, and they arrived hot (eventually). That's about the nicest thing I can say for it. We walked in and had to seat ourselves at the bar after standing alone up front for 5 minutes. The place was a ghost town, with only a quarter of the tables filled. It was a big empty room of empty tables- totally dead atmosphere. We then waited 30 minutes for 2 orders of wings. After 20 minutes of waiting we were told our food would be right out... And sat another 10 minutes waiting. When they finally arrived, the wings were stringy, tough, and tasted freezer burnt. Also, a small note, they were out of celery (at a wing place- really?) and lemons (at a bar- really??)The bartender was away from the bar for 10 minutes... Came back .. then 15 minutes at a time. When it came time to pay our check, she was nowhere to be found. We waited and waited, looking around the empty restaurant and realizing there were literally NO employees on the floor!! Finally we saw someone and asked to pay and LEAVE.We will just go across the street to Famous Dave's or BJ's next time!!

Disappointing experience overall - certain menu items were unavailable, everyone's food came out at different times, salsa tasted like it was mixed with marinara sauce, chicken wrap had one small piece of chicken in the entire wrap (at least 2/3 or more was just folded up tortilla), and the service overall was lackluster. I used to be a big fan of BWW, but this experience left me feeling like I didn't need to go back for a long time, if ever.

I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings. But for some reason the Columbia place can never get my order correct. I always order carrots and celery and I never receive them. Or sometimes I only get carrots. One time I ordered and the celery was bad. Another time I ordered and they changed my traditional wings to boneless without any notification. For some reason the people working at this place, always give my husband a bad attitude. Customer service here is really not about the customer.

We had a couple of orders of wings and an appetizer delivered the other night. Probably the worst wings I have ever had. They were cold, pitifully small, under-sauced, and did not taste fresh, just an absolute let-down from a place supposedly known for its buffalo wings. We will not be going back.

Dinner was mediocre. Waitress in the bar was very inattentive and kept walking away when I wasn’t done talking/ordering things. Ordered a mojito that we ended up canceling because after 35 minutes we never received it and were ready to go. She apologized and said the bar was busy but the restaurant was half empty. I’d be scared to see the service on a full night.

This has got to be the WORST restaurant on the planet. My family and I went here, and not only received the wrong order, the manager refused to correct it, and continued to charge us for it! The food was not cooked all the way through and my daughter got sick!!!Please close this place down!!!
