The place is nice, clean, and friendly. The food presentation is very nice as well. But when it comes to taste, not much to brag about. We had 3 different dishes, and they all lacked flavor. They also don't make their own bread which is a must for any kabob place. The flat bread they serve is nothing like real middle eastern bread. I was hoping to finally have a good kabob place in Columbia, but unfortunately this one failed me. I wish them the best, but I won't be back.
I have been wanting to try Boro Kabob ever since my friend had them cater her son's birthday. I drove from Reston, Virginia and even though there are many kabob restaurants this by far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly manager, Sanaz. She was very helpful helping me decide since there were so many options to choose from. I ended up ordering the Boro wings, sumac and feta fries, hummus, labneh, koobideh, chicken, spicy shrimp and barg. Everything was beautifully prepared and I love how they ask what meat temperature customer like. They also have their own app where you can earn points that turn into rewards and their own water! Lastly, I could not leave without desserts, I ordered the creme brule and chocolate hazelnut dessert cups! Everything was amazing and I will definitely be back and send my friends their way! They also cater special desserts if requested!
This was the first time I had ever tried Böro Kabob and I ordered their largest family platter plus 10 additional kabobs to feed 13 people. I had no idea how generous the portions would be. The additional kabobs were probably not necessary but the salmon was a really delicious addition. The dips were absolutely delicious and plentiful. We grazed the platter of meat for hours and even after it had gone cold from sitting out, it was still tender and flavorful. The customer service was amazing and they made sure all the salads, rice and dip were filled to the max when they heard how many people I was feeding. Our guests enjoyed the food and I will definitely be back!
The food here is excellent. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely going back. I highly recommend this restaurant.
The food was amazing. The eggplant dip and the broiled eggplant/ tomato dips were excellent. The felafel was fresh and tasty, the sandwich was outstanding. The date dessert was the final light touch to a great meal. I predict they will grow and become a favorite eating place. It’s a lot about hospitality and a friendly atmosphere- both of which abound here. Wishing them all the best!
The beef and chicken kabobs were tasty. The garlic sauce and pickled cabbage were great additions to the meal and both very delicious. The pita chips needed a little less crunch and a bit more "chewy-ness" but overall seasoned very well. I also enjoyed the hummus-- very tasty. In addition, the staff was very friendly and communicative. I'll definitely be back!
The food is fantastic (even my very picky wifey was happy) especially the koodibeh was just ?? the restaurant is sparkling clean, and I cant rave enough about the amazing service. Shenaz and her team went above and beyond, and we are all fans now ❤
Fantastic locally owned authentic Persian food. Everything I have had the pleasure to try here has been AMAZING. Their sumac fries are hands down the best fries I have had in my life. I look forward to trying everything on their menu. This place is definitely on my regular lunch radar now. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing quality Persian food. And the store front is absolutely immaculate, everything very well organized and laid out and the eating space is very well decorated. Staff and owners are great.

We picked up take out from Boro Kabob this evening. Food was ready when we arrived and staff was professional and friendly. Food was delicious! Will go again.
