Who knew BonChon has a great bar atmosphere?! I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah, Tom, and Tony the General Manager. I placed an order for boneless wings to go. I went to the bar to grab a drink. Where I met Hannah and Tony, they are so inviting. Tony asked if I’d like to try a drink called Somek (I hope I spelled that correctly?) It was delicious!!! The three employees are absolutely amazing! Taking the time to explain different dishes, drinks and providing me with knowledge regarding some of their cultural. When someone is willing to share their cultural with you, cherish those moments! They don’t come very often and when those moments do embrace every moment. Those young adults taught those ole women a few new tricks. I would highly recommend having a drink at the bar while waiting for your to go. Tony, Hannah and Tom, it was a “COMPLETE PLEASURE” to meet the three of you! I’ll be seeing you soon.

Starters the food was hot but the wings was raw inside & fried hard outside. I don’t want good presentation and raw chicken inside no thank you ! To top it off the restaurant looked as if it has not had a swiping in a entire month. It was food under every table and booth . The tables was not clean at all . I relocated my seat 3x to a semi cleaner table. My guest suggested the food was amazing as the only reason I stayed. The silverware was dirty so I asked for plastic wear & bottled water instead. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time. It was dirty dishes that seemed to be sitting on a portable tray from the entire day. While the entire staff of young women sit in the front with EarPods and on there phone doing nothing between customers. They were laughing and crowded around talking to each other doing absolutely nothing at all. This place needs a deep clean & proper management.
Staff was very friendly and restaurant was very clean. But the real highlight was the FOOD! My friend and I had the chicken wings, spicy and soy garlic, and we both crowned this place as having the best wings we’ve ever had. Very crispy and perfectly cooked, amazing flavor, five stars isn’t enough!
Ever since my husband and I tried out Bon Chon, KFC had a whole new meaning for us. Colonel Sanders should stand aside. Korean Fried Chicken is the bomb!!!
I don’t usually like chains, especially for Asian food, but I was not disappointed today. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised at how yummy everything was! We got the half spicy half soy garlic drum stick 10 piece, seasoned fries, and fried shrimp dumplings (not pictured because we ate them so fast!). The spicy was the perfect amount of spice for both me and my husband, which means it had a good kick! The waiter was really nice and quick with everything and promptly refilled our water and checked on us throughout the visit. I will definitely be back!
Won’t lie it was pricey, but the food was worth it. Coming from a Mexican family, i usually don’t see my dad or uncle tap out from spicy food, but we got the spicy wings,strips, drumsticks, fries and fried rice all of it was fire. The fried rice was great and the fries are my favorite type fries. The chicken super juicy and spicy and crunchy. I love it would come again for sure and bring more people.
Went for lunch on a weekday about 11:30am. No wait, was seated right away. I got the Bibimbap off the lunch menu and my friend ordered the same meal. We shared the takoyaki appetizer. Service was great. Employees wore masks and were attentive. Parking is free because of the mall parking lot.
My wife and I ordered 2 bulgogis today, well I guess it was just A Rice Bowl because the beef was slim to none. I don’t recommend getting your sight set on a beef bulgogi because I was very disappointed with this dish. It was a 30 dollar rice bowl. What a waste of hard earned money. Got me once shame on me.
Make the soft tacos your first purchase; they're delicious. Consistently good menu items but I would not recommend the boneless wings because they are smaller and have too much tough breading. Good hand made long islands on nights they aren't too busy (I hear premixed sometimes gets used on busy nights). Polite staff!
