The food was excellent we went Monday May 9th in the morning around from 11:00 to 12:00 the food took a while to come but I think there was only one lady working or section the servers were not pleasant said only what they had to say. Did not check up on you our water was never refilled didn't ever got the syrup that I wanted I think I've been to better Bob Evans for customer service but the food was great
To start off, a one star rating is even too high for this place. This was by far the WORST fast food experience i ever had with my boyfriend today SOOOO If you are rushing to get to your destinations DO NOT go to this place. They just don’t care.The staff at this location are HORRIBLE.........The Manager was Sooo disrespectful toward us and very rude. Our order came out wrong and was so burnt it wasn’t even edible.???? It's pretty insulting that this location can't staff properly and No apologies offered. To all traveler's stopping at the Maryland Rest stop: Never ever go to ???Bob Evans ????
I asked that my hashbrowns be cooked a certain way. Seems to be a difficult task. I wanted them to be very crispy on both sides. Came to the table and one side was just about raw. Sent them back. Other than that, the food was great.
I absolutely love this Bob’s. To be seated and receive your order within 10-15 minutes and be accurate will always be appreciated! Thanks for your attentiveness and military discount!
Been eating at here for years from a young man. Started bringing my girlfriend, she is now my wife, and our son from baby to now teens. What get me now sent Cov-19 everyone is cutting bake and forgetting about customer. They cut out Whole Grain pancakes for people trying to eat healthy. Use to have a lots of healthy food to offer. Please put back more healthy food.
The food is always good when I eat here. My only feedback is the consistency with curbside ordering. I was waiting outside in the designated space and no one came out. I had to go inside to get the order.The young lady I asked about my order was a manager. Went to the shelving unit and said the order was here and started to walk away. I mentioned that I had been outside for a while. She blamed me for that and said I should have called. I told her that I assumed y'all would check orders and your designated spaces like all other companies do.So I knocked one star off for that. I'll chalk that one up to she might have been having a bad day. The service in here is normally good.
I have ordered take out from this Bob Evans about a dozen times. The order was delivered within the time line they predicted by a very professional and pleasant individual.However my down grading this location is due to the inconsistent quality of food and it’s presentation. The Triple Berry pie was, in my opinion, was below par. The slice I had was completely broken into many pieces. It was securely packaged so I know it did not get that condition from a 20 minute drive. The filling was surprisingly sparse. I have ordered this menu selection before and know that it has been much better. It should never have been sold.Small complaint but a valid one.
Ordered take out from here. I ordered the chicken and noodles but for some reason it was saltier than I remembered? Plus it didn't look as fresh? Idk.. It might just be me but the hubs had a bacon cheeseburger and he really enjoyedd his meal. Plus I don't think they offer you comp biscuits or banana bread when you order take out vs when you eat in.
I have always loved Bob Evans.This Bob Evans was sloppy. We walked in and there were at least 7 or 8 tables covered in dirty plates. I was disappointed and will not be going back to Bob Evans.
Been coming here for over 20 years. Never had a breakfast I didn't like. Great caring service
