I went in yesterday (4th of July) and had dinner. There was a young waitress starting her 1st day there. She was so attentive and kind. I asked if she was nervous and she said "a little" but if she was it never showed ?. Food was awesome. Atmosphere was chill due to the holiday, but I have dined there before.Young lady (Alexis I believe her name was) like I said was really great. Let her a nice message and tip on her receipt.

We went here for Mothers Day and was very surprised that there was no wait time. The host was pleasant and we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and attentive. We were served in a timely manner from appetizers to desserts. I had the New Orleans Jambalaya, it was full of flavor and texture. I really enjoyed it, not to mention the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Pizookie. Great atmosphere and service.

We came in the middle of the afternoon and had 3 different servers. The place was almost empty and the server that took my drink order acted like she was on something. She forgot my water, didn't offer any straws and acted out out when I said we're ready to order. The meal was good,. The service was horrible. We were there over 1 1/2 hours and no one asked if we needed a refill. It took 30 min for our cookie dessert to come out. Mine was way too done and the edges were almost burnt. There were many workers standing around doing nothing except talking to other staff, we felt very ignored. Only one server ended up waiting on us at the end and he looked like he was the only one working. I would not recommend this location.

I would say just come here on Tuesdays for the cheap $4 pazookies. I’ve ate the entrees & meals before and they were not worth. Taste was subpar and the prices were quite high. Service though is a mixed bag; I’ve had some really good waiters and really bad ones.

For me to work at a restaurant myself ..terrible stood at host podium for a good 45 min till we got tired waiting and chased someone down just to be seated …Spinach and artichoke dip was terrible and had a burnt after taste . Service was really slow , had three different people coming to our table to insist with getting our food took a good two hours to even get our appetizer ..first impression wasn’t so good maybe it’s just this location .

Went to the BJs in Laurel yesterday with a group of 20 family members. It was reserved a week prior. It was the worst service I have ever had. One person took our drink order and it was 30 minutes before we received it. They were out of Pepsi, lemonaid, and other soft drinks and didn't even deliver 4 of the soft drinks. We asked for an appetizer menu and after another 20 minutes, she brought it. There were 4 visible wait staff all congregating and talking to each oher by the entrance door and no one would wait on us. We asked for the check, paid over $120 for a few beers and A dozen soft drinks that were $4 ea. They could have made $500-$600 on appetizers, dinners and drinks. We wasted an hour of time there. TERRIBLE SERVICE. None of us will ever visit another BJ's. We should have read the reviews before we went.

Wife placed a curbside order at 3pm to pick up at 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:25pm and let them know I was here. By 6pm I still didn't have my order. What's the point of making an online order hours ahead of time to have to wait more than 40 minutes? I had to call again to get my stuff brought to me. Guess they forgot about me? And then the order was missing stuff and I still had to wait even more. Prefer finally completed at 6:14pm. Hurray for cold pizza and soggy fries! Worst curbside experience ever.

First time eating there and it was not a good first impression. It wasn’t busy when we checked in to get a table, no one even came by to get us drinks or take our order for at least 25 minutes. Then took another 15 minutes just to get our drinks and order. We were there in total 2 hours before we left. Took us over an hour before we were even able to order our food. Not impressed. My children’s chicken tenders were dry and tasted bad. The chocolate milk they ordered had white chunks in it, was disgusting. I will not be returning to this establishment. Horrible first experience. The hostess also seemed like she had no idea what she was doing.

Nice family friendly dinner on a quiet Monday night. Great service! Good food and beer.
