Took my kids over the weekend pizza is AWESOME SAUCE!!!! staff and waiters was super nice GREAT experience definitely will be returning

Happy to update: Excellent customer service and great foodVery impressed!

Went there for our first family dinner out since covid. The gentleman that sat us down was great. Our waitress was overwhelmed by a really large group. She was nice but the wait time for everything was extremely slow. Had another waitress refill our drinks and mine was covered in lipstick. No sorry or anything just said “oops” and took it away. Food was ok but won’t be going back.

So disappointing! We have frequented this establishment for years, but lately the service has been awful the last 3 or 4 times we have been there. People waiting for long periods of time to be seated and the hostess is just walking around aimlessly. The place is no where near packed and the wait staff takes so long to come back to get our order after bringing our drinks.Obviously things have changed there because we don't see any of the old staff that we used to see regularly and no one is ever smiling.Sadly I can definitely see this being the next location to close.

Great Food, great Staff. We go and visit the place once to twice a month. Whether picking up pizza for the office or eating in, it is always excellent. The General Manager Ocha takes ownership of the restaurant and ensures we are good to go every time we visit. I would highly recommend the pizza and the restaurant....It is ours and my office favorite place !

Didn't eat in, ordered carry out. The girl at the desk was nice and friendly! The pizza is the SH!T!!!! Still good by the time we got home (25 min drive) wasn't soggy! Best pizza!

Do not order from the google menu. It does not give you all the options they offer on the actual Bertucci’s website. I do not understand why they display the spring menu but you can’t even order it.And when we went to pick up the order, the guy cashier placed the order next to him that was across the counter. I waited for him to hand me the order. He stood there and looked at me and said “you can get it, it’s already been paid for.” I figure since nobody was social distancing and nobody are no longer wearing masks in the restaurant, he could have provided better customer service and handed me my order.Oh and lastly, they gave us no bread, no rolls with our orders. And no dressing with our salads.

the waiter was a very friendly older guy, the pizza was pretty good but honestly this place feels like it used to be amazing but has lost its charm. maybe it was just the time we went but it felt like you were slowly dying in there which is sad. i used to love coming here

The food was under cooked,(I ordered fettuccine alfredo the noodles undercooked)and it didn't taste good. We had two different waiters at our table switch back and forth and they always took a while to come back to our table. One waiter had his hands all in our to go box container, and some of the dishes were dirty. I won't be returning.

Our waitress, Sierra was fantastic! We decided to grab a quick bite after running our family errands. She was extremely attentive to our needs and made sure our meals exceeded our expectation.Overall, the restaurant wasn't too crowded but shortly after things changed. We ordered an appetizer, and since our family loves their rolls. She definitely kept them coming and sent us off with extra right off the bat. If I had to rate the food it would be 3.5 out of 5. This wasn't our first visit but most definitely won't be our last.
