Very pleasant experience. the girl who always takes my order, I think her name is Kaitllyn. She knows my order by heart and always works hard to get orders done on time. I love this dunkin/baskin-robbins location and would recommend anyone to eat at this location!
Weekend service is horrible. Slow, cannot run the register and over charging is rampet. Could be a great unit as it is a drive through and in a good location.certainly not as consistent nor good as the route 40 unit.
Stopped in today to get some Ice Cream and they had none available that could be scooped. Only pints in the freezer for purchase. Off to somewhere else for an ice cream cone.
Horrible service, rude employees, subpar ice cream (108 at Bendix Rd).
Went here once, they messed up my order by not checking if they had chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and then tried to just give me cookies and cream without asking me if that's what I wanted. I made the mistake of coming back again another day, this time after 8pm. BR website says they are open until 9pm. Went to drive thru, no answer but the board was lit up like they were still open. Drove to the front door, was met by a worker who said they closed at 8pm. No sign posted saying what their hours were.Two bad experiences means never coming back there again. Save a headache and go to a different BR nearby.
We arrived at 8:00 when the store was still open (and their hours online say 9pm closing) and after standing and waiting for 5 minutes, the young lady behind the counter refused to take our order and specifically indicated that our displeasure was “not her problem.” Won’t be shopping there again!!
Combination Baskin/Dunkin. Visited on a very busy Sunday. We went inside to order, and it took nearly a half hour to receive our order - a box of Munchkins and two drinks. The most capable member of the staff was handling drive-thru, understandably, but the other staff moved with no sense of urgency and the hospitality was entirely lacking. By the time we received our order, the line was all the way to the door - a feat, given this BR/DD is situated length-wise.
I guess this is a new Dunkin’ Donuts but they are unbelievably slow. It doesn’t matter if you’re in the drive-through, do mobile order or just walk in, even if you just want a donut. A single donut.I’ve only ever been here during the morning rush so that could be a factor but they definitely need a better system because what they’re doing isn’t working.
Waited over 10 mins from the order window to getting my 2 wake up wraps and no one was in line ahead of me or inside. Their were only 3 people and they were all standing around they need more help in there.
Nice new store. Easy to get to and fast service. Love that it's both a DD and BR
