Glad we found this hidden gem! Several coworkers mentioned this was the best Chinese restaurant in the area, with one claiming to still drive to this further one despite closer alternatives to his home.We ended up doing take out and ordering the Hunan Crispy Fish Roll and Malaysian Chow Fun Combination (beef, chicken, shrimp, and pork). We were told it would take 15 minutes but the order was ready in 10 minutes. The order was carefully packaged, with several cardboard layers to hold the sauce and other items in place to prevent spilling. It was very wise of them to pack the Hunan sauce separately. The restaurant had implemented a COVID policy of one person in the takeout register area at a time, for those who care.Food-wise, both meals were excellent! The Malaysian chow fun had a nice smokey aroma from the wok and a nice mild spiciness kick. The Hunan crispy fish roll had two large fish fillets and came with fried green beans and 16oz of rice that justified the $16 price tag. We drove 15mins home but the fish was still crispy and hot when we ate. The sweet Hunan sauce was perfectly seasoned. The food was almost enough for 4 people (we just cooked an extra cup of Jasmine rice at home for the Hunan Crispy Fish Roll).Given this is our first time and how good both dishes were, we'll definitely have to come back and try more!

The food was amazing! I had filet in brown sauce, and you could cut it with a fork it was so tender. I would definitely go back, and I highly recommend.
This is by far my favorite place to get Chinese food and the great part is that it’s got multiple asian cuisine options and my wife loves sushi. The quality of the proteins I have sampled so far have set the bar significantly higher than all others I have eaten. Well done asean bistro, well done.
Dropped by to get Kung Pao Chicken for dinner on my way home. What a mistake! Sauce was quite tasty, just too sweet, almost a desert level sweetness. That didn't sink the meal and I would have rated higher if not for the chicken being so overcooked. It had the texture of jerky and was mostly inedible. I rarely take food back, but would have returned this meal if I had time. May give them one more try, as my friends who tasted the Kung Pao were surprised at the poor quality and said this place is usually good.
Pleasantly surprised by this little gem. The kowloon shrimp was spicy but not overwhelming. and the green curry had a really complex spiciness with a unique flavor profile. Indont even live in Columbia and I will come back here!
Nice menu. Not too salty, and offers lamb options. The eggplant and shrimp with garlic sauce is excellent.

The food is always great!! The customer service is amazing and always 1st class!! I love this place, please try it! Our favorite is chicken in black bean sauce. A must try!??
