I called in an order of wings at 11:30am to be picked up at 5:30. I ordered one order of 50 wings and one order of 20 wings. Explained they are going to two separate houses. The young man on the phone was great! Super professional and helpful. I arrived at the store to pick up the wings. I assume it’s the same young man at the register who again was working hard and super professional. My wings weren’t ready till 6. I understood they were busy and patiently waited. The woman (I assume is management or the owner) was super rude. She gave me my wings in a big tin container. I explained that they are going to 2 different houses and needed a separate container. She said no. I asked nicely for a Togo box to I could separate them myself. She said no. The young man at the register tried to give me a box. She said no it cost money. I offered to pay for the Togo box and she kept arguing with me. I showed her on my receipt that I ordered 2 separate orders of wings and she tried to give me a paper plate. I was so upset. I ordered 96 dollars worth of wings and couldn’t even get a Togo box. I also realized they charged me 5 cents for a plastic bag. I never asked for or received a plastic bag since the wings were in an aluminum tray. The level of respect she showed her customers was terrible.
Pre-ordered for Superbowl party. Got it right on time, they had the order prepared for me when I got there. Very Good.
First time I've been to this location - great food and my food came out pretty quick.
Tried their buffalo hot wings today. Very fresh and just the right amount of spiciness!
Someone need to give that man Thaddeus a job and pay him what he deserves as kind a respectful as that young man is it a shame to see him being mistreated and underpaid if anyone is looking for a amazing worker who is always respectful go here and find Thaddeus and offer that man a better job
That guy Thaddeus is one of a kind he’s probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of taking my order and he’s very professional when it comes to answering the phone as well if I was the owner of that establishment I give him a big raise and fire that mean stuck up lady named Jenna she is highly disrespectful and horrible when it’s comes to treating customers right and they are even disrespectful to the young man Thaddeus I’ve seen them yelling at him for things that don’t make sense at times and they work him like crazy and I don’t see him complain or arguing back he just keeps doing his job they don’t deserve and worker like him and the make it clear the 5 stars are for Thaddeus and his good service not for this establishment
I love the honey old bay wings. But the lady at the desk always giving me a hard time to pick up my order. I confirm my order and everything. like lady you need my social security number before you give me my food? Lol
I love this American best even thou they ice tea n lemonade is toooooo sweet they need to cut back on the sugar everything else is always fresh
Wings look good but taste like trash. Don't know if the chicken is spoiled but I couldn't eat then. Dude working the counter is rude and can't count. Total came to $19.53, I gave him a $20 and he didn't know what change to give me. Ranch wings were doused in ranch powder with no taste.. Lastly, as I waited 4 calls came in that rang over 5 times that he waited to answer because he was playing a game on his phone. Save yourself the trouble
This was the worst food I have ever had in my life! The wings were horrible but that wasn’t even the worst part. Aside from the ranch dressing tasting like onion dip; the celery was brown and slime covered them entirely. Luckily I was able to discover them before my five year old ate one. I will never ever ever ever ever in my life think about ordering from America’s Best Wings in Columbia. The experience was so bad that I will probably never visit any of their locations.
