I love everything about Tropical Smoothie Cafe. They have great low calorie selections that are very flavorful and fulfilling. Great staff and a chill environment. On numerous occasions, I have been greeted by the franchise owners, which adds to the charm of each location.

I’m giving them 2 stars because they were quick. But, I’ve came here twice and each time, my smoothie was very icy and watered down. Also, the smoothies are never blended properly…
I had done a pick up order and my order (along with others) didn’t have a ticket on it so it made it difficult for the staff to figure out which ticket went to who. It was a bit disorganized.My smoothie also wasn’t great, it had too much ice in it and there wasn’t any flavor to it.My flatbread sandwich was great so no concerns there. They seemed overwhelmed but I don’t get why they wouldn’t put the name of the ticket in side the order of the bag once it was done and ready to go.
Honestly the store owner has a very negative energy and a petty spirit. She/He/They literally started yelling at me when I asked why they don’t give out what’s left in the blender without even asking if I would be okay paying for it. Waste is largely frowned upon in various cultures, except here. The crew is fantastic however.

MY FAVORITE SMOOTHIE PLACE IN THE WORLD!!!. Smoothies are made fresh every day with natural ingredients. The staff is absolutely amazing. Very clean space. They make you feel like family
