We had lunch and the food was wonderful. Nothing was left on the plates.

avocado chorizo toast, chocolate chip waffles, two-egg platter, thai latte, chocolate-chai bread (avocado was going black. only found out when the check came that the gaming surcharge still applied even if customers bring their own games. ostensibly because they would be 'using the space', even though there were no signs or indication from the servers that this would be the case)
The food is so much better than I expected. I thought this would be a cafe that serves quick and simple dishes. Boy, was I wrong! The food was delicious and freshly made. We loved the hush puppies and the pretzel bites….we actually enjoyed all the appetizers! The main dish option is quite diverse too. At our table we had a falafel salad, grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup, and a Korean pulled pork sandwich. All were worth ordering again in the future.
I loved the burgers here very much. There's a huge huge collection of boardgames inside you'll get to play with all if paid $10 per person I guess. Thumbs up.

Awesome place for games, make sure to ask for the Game Guru! The drinks are amazing, teas, coffees, and alcohol! I would just come here for just the coffee. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is: the chairs are not comfortable, if you plan on staying for a few hours, and the food is sub par. I have not tried the breakfast menu which does look good though.
New to the area and wanted to try a local place for breakfast. I was pleased with my order for the most-part and Russell my server was the best! It’s also a cool place to play board games (hundreds of options). I’ll definitely return!
Amazing! Traveled to this area for a McNair event. Stopped here in the morning for breakfast, absolutely delicious. And gaming for 5 dollars?! Who could ask for more! Stopped again for dinner and my friends and I played games nonstop. The wait time was also quick! If I ever come back to D. C or Maryland in general I would come back here. Our waitress was also a MN native so it was nice to see the diverse workers!
