The one in College Park was better. The one in Burtonsville needs new management. No excuse to advertise something & make it a big thing & not have it on 2 separate days. No excuse. They should be sued for false advertising. Made me drive all the way to Burtonsville twice & not have what they advertise, with the price of gas these days, Taco Bell owes me money.
This is one of the best Taco Bells you’ll be fortunate enough to visit. They are friendly and remarkably fast although in their haste they can sometimes mess up your order. Double check before you drive away.
ordered on doordash, waited for an hour before they canceled the order decided to close more than 3 hours before they were supposed to. I don't understand why they had to wait an hour before telling us that we wouldn't be getting our food.
The guy who runs night shift is amazing I never get his name but his kindness and attention to orders has left a good impression
Zero stars. I cancelled an order this past week and was charged for it days later. I called multiple times on the day of the issue seeing the processing charge on my account and no one picked up. On one call it seemed like someone hung up as well. I wouldnt trust this place or the \\\"cancel\\\" button on the app.
I️ ordered 4 Crunchwrap supremes and got a box with not my order. I paid 18 dollars for a meal that’s incorrect with some soft spicy wrap, a bean burrito, and 2 hard shell tacos like tf that’s not even close. I’m really upset I️ am not going back. They don’t answer their phone and there’s a high pitch sound.
It's taco bell. And this location hasn't wronged me ever.
Usually wait is not too long, quality is as much as you can expect from a Taco Bell.
It was a little slower at 9pm, but it's also 9pm where they're not expected to be speedy. Good service, good food :)
