The girl at the cashier made a mistake and overcharged me for something I did not order. This was fine and it may happen to anyone. That said, when they called the lady who was in charge to reimburse me, she was rude and unprofessional. She did not listen to me or the cashier and asked for more money!! Very unprofessional and rude attitude!

I’m not coming to this place any more. One employee her name was Vayna, or vayne I don’t remember her name. She was too rude. I told them I’m not coming back here any more. Unfortunately subway hiring too unprofessional workers.

The Latinas working there don't know how to work their jobs; they should look elsewhere if Subway is too much for them. They also overcharge so they need to give the receipt instead of asking.
The cashier is always so rude to customers. They also exhibit wrong prizes and promotions to attract customers and finally charge 2X.
The hours listed here aren't accurate. Whats more, i have no idea when they are supposed to be open/closed. They dont seem to be open on Sundays, some weekends that are bookended by a holiday, and aren't open during morning hours like at all.
Seriously the most bizarre experience I've ever had at a subway.

Today is the second time I have gone to this Subway when they advertised lower prices than they actually charge. Today, they put signs up claiming foot long subs were $4, without posting any exclusion conditions, and listing subs with higher resources costs than a veggie sub. I had to pay more than 2x as much as their claimed price for 1 sub, without any meat on it. Tired of deceptive marketing. Plenty of less expensive places to get healthy food in the same building.
