Very nice people working here

Honestly this is the worse Starbucks in this area. The attitudes of the the baristas are terrible. I had one bad experience and then shrugged it off because I know how busy Starbucks can get. But, today I had another bad experience where several baristas were just rude. This time I was tempted to get out my car and walk into the store to speak with management. I suggest they hire new baristas because it’s giving Starbucks a bad look.

This Starbucks is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk, depending on the weather! There is always a line of cars at the drive-thru. My favorite drinks are either a grande skinny vanilla atte with an extra shot (hot or iced), or a grande hot or cold chai tea. Excellent cleanliness.

This location always do this to me, I specifically ask for light ice and it’s filled with ice all the way to the top. You are watering down the expression and I ask for whip cream and they always leave it off. I do mobile orders at other locations and they get it.

A decade I've been enjoying the Java Chip Frappuccino. Some more delicious than others. Sometime I would have the beverage and wonder why it tasted different, yet remained good.I ordered one yesterday from the Cherry Hill location; my first visit there. The counter attendant, I believe the manager, asked if I wanted coffee in it. I exclaimed "I've never been asked that". She explained they make two Java Chip Frappuccino's--one with coffee, the other without. Wow! "Ten years of enjoying the drink, I've never been asked/offered." We discussed the difference, and she thought that may have been the taste difference in the past--none of the stores ask, and pour randomly.I informed the attendant, "I want the boldest taste." She recommended the coffee added frappuccino, and ask that I provide a response/critique.Coffee added it was. "YES! THAT IS IT!! That's the bold taste I love." I shouted to her.I m grateful she informed me of the two ways to prepare the drink, and I will always request "with coffee". Thank you Cherry Hill Store for the education. Thank you Starbucks for the Cherry Hill Store and Staff.

I travel for work all over the country , I have never seen employees like these. They are super unprofessional, playing around with customers order. I was waiting for my oatmeal and asked for blueberry all 3 of them playing with each other for about 5 minutes who is going to grab it from the refrigerator. While I’m waiting looking at their faces. Management needs to do something other wise shut this location down . Worstcustomer service experience

My Frappuccino had no taste whatsoever and full with ice! They took a long time to make this, it’s unacceptable!

How can Starbucks justify the up charge for plant based milks ?? Why do I have to pay more for choosing a cruelty free product?????

There’s always a mix of service. There are some baristas that are very nice but the majority of them act like you are burdening them by ordering coffee. I’ve been asked very rudely to “step back from the bar” while waiting for my coffee. Not sure where I’m supposed to wait as there is no designated waiting space. I come here because it’s the closest location but would NOT recommend it to anyone.

This location has the poorest service I have ever seen at any Starbucks! My Frappuccino had no taste whatsoever and full with ice! Barista made my frappe and when the cup was not full (because it wasn’t enough) quantity, she crushed more ice , added to the cup, mixed it and gave it to me!!! Poor service!!! Very poor
