I ordered California rolls and shrimp tempura rolls to go and it was excellent.
You gotta love a place where the people are recognized by the ladies running the place and welcomed back.Food was good and portions were larger than expected. Good value and tasty! Will definitely be back as I'm in the area.
Food is overpriced for the frozen, generic cafeteria food they serve. If you want “fast” hibachi, please go to Quickway. The chicken at Sarku tasted old with freezer burn and I literally saw them dumping a bag of Costco egg rolls in the fryer.
Took a long time to get my food my break was over nd the little Chinese lady doesn't have empathy or nothing to be training. If she doesn't have patience or respect for others don't make her train people.

Quick, tasty and a decent alternative to some fast food. It’s like a Japanese answer to Panda Express. It was near my hotel and there was seating outside which made it a plus in these times. I see a lot of negative reviews about the “older Japanese lady” and while I was there I saw her cheerfully greet what seemed like her regulars and remember their orders. I got a teriyaki bento box and was happy with my order.
I did a DoorDash pick up for me and when I got to the location the food was ready. The lady was very nice and very considerate when she figured out that I was the customer she asked me if I wanted a cold drink for the reason that they placed a warm can of soda in my bag for the reason that the food hot! I personally felt touched my her asking for the reason that I haven’t been asked in the past. The food was also very good.
The food here was horrible. I ended up throwing it all away. The lady that owns this place has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I WILL NEVER RETURN. THIS PLACE WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
