I lived in Brazil for 4 years , where acai berries are grown , so acai bowls are EVERYWHERE. These are really good but a lil pricey

I'm here almost weekly despite living a half hour away! It's so filling without feeling bloated or gross like most fast casual dining options. The fruit is always so fresh regardless of the season and the granola is the secret that puts them above the rest!
I’m beyond frustrated with this branch of playa bowl. I ordered four bowls of açaí (different flavors/types) via Ubereats. When it arrived, only two bowls were in my delivery, the two bowls were also with incomplete toppings; they both had only banana and granola. I called them and they cut the call. I called back and they responded with Ubereats will need to resolve it and not them.Bear in mind, this is NOT the first time I willl be experiencing this with this branch. They did it once before and I had to go in to complain. I’m just so frustrated. I will never be coming back to order from here again.
Um I am eating my bowl right now and it tastes like liquid gold. This is the best açaí bowl ever and Playa put there whole heart into this? Would recommend
I have started my quest to try every bowl but it’s something about acai bowls specifically pura vida. She my go to acai but when I want more fruit and I’m feeling tropical, I get electric mermaid because she has all the tropical fruits I love in one bowl for the same price. Also, my new fav currently is the North Pole (the winter special) but switch out the Bananas for strawberries and it’ll taste as if you’re eating chocolate covered strawberries, you won’t regret it!
Friendly staff, seating was clean and store was organized. The bowls were delicious ?

Staff is always friendly! “K” is the epitome of EXCELLENCE when it comes to Customer Service & interaction. The fruit is always fresh, they really strive to get everyone out the door even when it’s super busy. My only suggestion would be to forecast how many staff you will need on MD game days because they closed super early for lack of workers to support the crowd(s). Love this place!
