I used Grubhub and ordered. I like Pizza Boli's new delivery service. The sandwich, cake and fries were good.
Today I am giving to this pizza Boli’s only one star because I ordered Large pizza but if we look at the pictures the box of the pizza is large inside the pizza is looks medium pizza look the price for the pizza I can buy the same pizza in another branch by $14 anyway I will not order anymore from this Branch
On 1/27/22. I contacted PizzaBoli's online, my order for the Special was incorrect. So I called them on their Storeline. They corrected it with no problem. My order came on time. The Personnel their are nice, professional and curtious. I've been buying food from there first about 10 years. I took a break because I had moved and so I reconnected on this day 1/27/22. When I would get off work from the US Postal Service. I would call in an order to pickup before their closing. I would order their Pizza because I am a Native Washington and New York Brooklynite. They even gave me a Pizza Boils TShirt years ago. Then in 2020 a Covid19 mask. Love the staff the Food is Great and I never had an isdur. I love to cook I'm very funny about the places I eat at.
Great, wings. Messed up my order at first but Elias made it right. Comes down to customer service and Elias was a real professional about it and I will be coming back as a result.

I ordered from Grubhub around 10:50 and there was nothing on the app on their end telling me I couldn't order, or that they were closed. Estimated delivery time was 11:40-11:50. I waited an 1:30 minutes for a sub, mozzarella sticks, and fries, only to never get them. I had to contact grubhub to see what was going on with my order, and learned from them that the restaurant closed even though my order was "arriving soon," I never got a call from them to let me know. Extremely unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. Definitely not gonna order from here again.
Very cool service. First they didn't understand I wanted just a regular pizza with no extras. I think they canceled the order at their end by mistake. Then their phone line went dead and the order was delayed almost 2 hours. I emailed to cancel the order, however it showed up on my doorstep about 10 minutes after that, and the pizza were even warm! I really appreciate that. Delicious pizzas and great service!

This pizza is disgusting and has roaches in the back & the workers are untrained and are very unprofessional. I don’t recommend anyone every going here for food or to spend your money. I’ll never be going back
