I ordered 55 pizzas to feed staff for a university event and the store manager Keenan has been absolutely amazing.His professionalism, friendliness and over all assistance completing my orders was above and beyond everything I expected. I made 3 separate orders the week of May 16-22 and every time I called I received excellent service.The delivery arrived on time and there were no complications with any of my orders. I know when I call this location, Keenen is the store manager that I can trust.
Won’t be eating there again. Don’t think food should handled with inch long nails ?. Pizza maker wears long fake nails.
Absolutely disaster in the name of their customer service. Made me wait 40 additional minutes for my carry out order.
The food came out very burnt when I checked at home and I only ordered two things. It’s not hard to make two orders correctly on a day that isn’t busy. I didn’t even get the correct amount of change back and I didn’t want to say anything because they can keep it for tips.
Amazing staff that work very efficiently. Kinda people who are light on the eyes and easy to approach.
This is the worst Papa Johns I have ever experienced in my entire life. First and second time I ordered it was cold and the cheese was 2 inches away from the edge of the crust and the pizza was extremely small. Third time was the same thing except the pizza was so thin it could flop around and it took an hour to come. Service is also terrible. Wish I could give 0 stars.
ordered two pizzas online and i accidentally put the wrong phone number … when the driver got here he was very aggressive and got in my face and scolded(?) me for putting the wrong phone number and when i apologized he kept a hold of my pizza and almost didn’t hand it to me

Waited an hour and no delivery...spoke with the manager and got my delivery within 20 minutes...he recommended calling the order in next time due to bad delivery drivers
