I loved the Japanese noodles. But sometimes the quality decreased for the same order which is weird.
Meh. Employees give off a poor first impression - no greeting, very unfriendly. Prices are high for entrees as simple as pasta with sprinkled cheese (“their mac and cheese”). Don’t even mention adding meat, that’ll be another $3-4 dollars. Only reason it’s two stars is because the pasta is decent just overpriced and served by unwelcoming staff. I’ll get pasta from the dining hall next time.
Wife order online it was completely wrong ? they never offer to resend my food. Then tried to blame it on Door Dash.
Placed order and food was not delivered. I contacted the restaurant and I was told “sometimes the drivers steal the food” I asked for a refund but they said it was not their fault even thou the order was placed through their website. Horrible experience!!
Now I like Noodles and company I have been eating at this location about three years now with no problems. As of January 20 and the 21st it have gave me diarrhea both time I ate there. I order the shrimp scampi pasta but with chicken instead. I’m so hard this food have ruined my night. Idk if they not cleaning well or the products they use now bc I been getting the same dish for three years all the sudden I have diarrhea.
Large place with a lot of options for private tables. Never had a problem with the food and is quick service given the low price. However, over the past years they have made the portions smaller which is frustrating.
I’m always super skeptical about going to noodles and company but this really topped off my last attempt.First off - when I initially walked into the establishment, the young man didn’t even greet me and immediately greeted a group of young adults who I guess were picking up a Togo order, when he was well aware I initially walked in before them. Mmm…first impression for ya huh?Second - this food is literally disgusting, flavorless and bland. I ordered the penne Rosa entree and it literally tastes like I’m eating noodles with watered down sauce (don’t know how you screw up a pasta with literally red sauce but ok). Can’t believe I actually spent $15 on this horrendous dish. I would of been more satisfied with a chai latte from Starbucks.
Decent. I remember it tasting better, creamier, less watery when I tried it 3 years ago. Maybe it's changed?
Took the 3-cheese tortelloni rosa pasta. It's really good. The ambience is great and the service is amazing. Great for a decent dinner. Recommendation : Would like larger portion sizes.
Got the Thai Noodles (small) here. It was ok. The noodles were a bit hard to bite into. The place is huge and has a paid parking outside.
