Very convenient location and got food every time. I see everyone complaining about being understaffed when that's not the case. This location is small and also caters to mostly college kids who come in constantly throughout the day and even in groups. Please be more understanding to the workers! Thank you for the yummy food!
Everything and everyone are hidden behind walls! All automated. No one to "be" helpful, as to what's a "Table Tent"? You are required to obtain a "code" from "IT" to acquire a table to eat indoors! Here's a photo of what you may encounter once you do chance upon a table: Blow it up(the picture, Not the store! )...and you'll notice two "sleeping" people who 'may' or 'may-not' purchased food! I realize times are tough, but are We to make accommodations for the "sleepy", or "Paying" customer's?Your call. i suggest, get your food and LEAVE. QUICK. Be careful though, you may encounter hungry folks outside, who have no $$$!And just a year or so ago, WE WERE "STILL" (ALMOST NORMAL!)
Pretty disappointed. After a long day of work I needed something quick and went here. Ordered a McChicken plain with cheese. Saw that it was right on the screen and printed on the tag correctly so I didn't think about checking it before I left. Unfortunately it was not right. Didn't have time to go back to fix, would have just been nice to have something right.
Be warned! A $6 meal at this McDonald's could cost $50! Recently sat in my car and ate my meal, walked across the street to the CVS, returned to find my car hoisted for towing. Paid $50 to get my car dropped. Seems this is a regular occurrence at this McDonald's. Noticed two tow trucks sitting on the lot, motors running, music blasting--should've figured something was up! Who's getting paid in these deals? McDonald's, tow company? There must be better ways to make $$. I won't ever eat at this McDonald's and others should do so at your own risk! I gave one star only because you must give at least one.
Their 2 filet-o-fish for $6.00 is a pretty good deal, I just wish they'd take a little more time preparing the food. They are real sloppy throwing the sandwiches together...the little piece of cheese was hanging half way out of the bun & the tarter sauce was dripping off one side & dry on the other...no excuse for that kind of sloppiness...
I would give the a 0 star if I could. You give the employees a raise and they do less. 6 customer's in the line, no one will help, and they tell you to use the Order board that doesn't work. By the way, they raise their prices every month. I guess flipping burgers for $15 isn't enough.
This McDonald's takes the fast out of fast food. I only ordered a hot chocolate and I waited, and waited, and waited, when the called the number of the guy who not only ordered food but ordered several minutes after me, I went to the counter and told the lady I only order a hot chocolate, she says a hot chocolate, takes my receipt and walks away, she comes back with it and says "it was called nobody answered. I was sitting there the whole time, not only did my number get called no a single person came to the counter with the hot chocolate. I could understand if they were short staffed but they had plenty of folks working, but what tipped off this horrible experience is she didn't even apologize, this screw up was on their side not mine.
Set up of the drive thru isn't good. 2 speakers but no place for the cars that already ordered to move so only 1 in use.Asked for no pickles on burger. It was on the receipt and we got extra pickles instead.Smooth jazz playing outside while we wait in the drive in was nice though.
At the start of the new year, $50 was BLACKMAILED and ROBBED in this place.Today I'm going to McDonald's to get dinner, and CVS to drop off a package. I decided to drop off the package at CVS first because I was concerned that the box might be unsafe on the car.Just after 2 minutes, when I came back to McDonald's, I found a person was towing my car.He explained that he worked for McDonald's, and because I didn't go to McDonald's, the car had to be towed away. I told him that I had just dropped off the package and I was going to McDonald's.He said: Then you should go to McDonald's first.I said: It’s not safe to leave a package in a car, so I had to drop off the package first and then go to McDonald’s.He said: YOU SHOULD GO TO MCDONALD'S FIRST!!I was too scared. They are two strong men, and I am just a girl. I dare not have any conflict with them. I'm really too scared. My hands are constantly shaking now when I write these words. So I gave him $50 in cash to protect myself from any trouble. I asked them for a receipt, but HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY RECEIPT!After careful inspection, I finally found the sign indicating a fine of $50. The sign is so small that it is almost invisible.I wrote these words just to remind everyone that I hope you don’t encounter similar things. Thank you for reading these words and happy new year.
Prepared to be balckmailed when parking at the McDonald parking lot. Just be left for 2 min, someone hired by this McDonald will tow your veihcle even you are a McDonald customer. Call the police and do not pay the $50 fine to anyone (no receipt).
