Tasty cookies, friendly service, but they didn't have half the cookies available that were listed
This is my first time at insomnia cookies. Let me just say that since they make the cookies fresh onsite, be prepared to wait a while for the cookies to bake and cool off, but the wait is absolutely worth it! The staff was super polite and kept updating us about the wait times. The cookies are warm and fresh, and delicious!
Absolutely divine ? and very large portions! They don't have a ton of variety in ice cream flavours but there is a lot for cookies.
I particularly was excited they open back a location in MD because I usually would have to drive down to DC. Anyways I picked up a classic six and the cashier was nice and all. when I got home the cookies were not all gooey and soft it was the opposite it taste like they have been sitting and I got a batch that was mildly hard and not soft and gooey. I was disappointed because I shared these with my mom and she usually go crazy for them but we particularly didn't see the excitement in these cookies I brought yesterday!
The girls working tonight were so friendly and patient with the line of customers. The cookies were super yummy, warm, and fresh. These girls totally deserve a raise, 10/10!!!❤️
Ordered 2 dozen delivered for my daughter's birthday. So pleased with the order! Cookies were on time, in perfect condition and DELICIOUS. Will definitely be ordering again!
They're typically very sweet, so if you're sensitive to sugar i wouldn't frequent here, but they are SO good
Was previously provided a military discount and the next time told there isn't one, when I insisted I received one I was offered one cookie for 1 dollar. Previously provided a percentage off and this time the manager was called and she was a bit rude in handling the order. She didn't speak to me but I heard her over the phone talking to the associate and then said oh I can speak with the customer as well. No thanks. Learn to better communicate and make sure all employees are trained the same.Updated 1/22/2022The manager was there when returned to give them another shot and she was warm, friendly, and pleasant. The service was next level. I believe in second chances and I'm glad I gave them one. :)
I went here for the 1st time to satisfy a pregnancy-related sweets craving. Worth it! My kids loved as well...make sure to eat the cookies warm!! Place was clean and not crowded when I went (830pm on a Friday night)
Soooo i came here twice... the first time the cookies were sooo soft warm and melted in your mouth. Like literally soooo good and the service was good this was early January. I came back the second time early February and the cookies were hard cold and disappointing. It look like young girls working there that's burning the cookies like don't even know what they doing in there. I'm so mad because i spend $30 for these cookies. I ordered 12 of the mini chocolate chunks and went to the car to open the box and they were all broken cookies. I went right back inside and just got the regular classic chocolate chunks just to be disappointed by how hard they were. I hate going to a place that first satisfy me on how good it taste and then go back again and it don't taste good. I'll be going to Cookie Crumbl instead.
