4/5 stars because service can be slow and water won’t get refilled but this place slaps. Me and my friends go to get hangover breakfast food after Friday night.Good value for your money. Everything is delish but I recommend getting an omelette (I like the Colorado) because it comes with a side of 3 pancakes.
It’s a shame! Nasty and don’t care. The ladies' restroom was dirty and disgusting. This was reported to the manager, and all he said was ok! Not one person went to clean that restroom. The salt shaker had a bug; instead, the pepper shaker was dirt and had never been washed. The shirt the employees had on was dirty. The simple host calls out a name, and instead of going to the outside waiting area, she moves on to the next. A customer told her to check the outdoor waiting area. Overall this place needs to be revamped. The health inspection needs to come.I would not recommend this place at this time
Waited over 5 minutes at the hosts stand to be seated. I was seen by several employees, but i guess i became invisible? Once seated, I became invisible again! For more than 7 minutes no one even bothered to ask what I would like to drink, or even acknowledged i existed. Wow, I got up and left and I think even now, 20 minutes later, no one even knew I was there. I'm at a great and super friendly Italian Bistro which is soooo much better anyways. Thanks IHOP for telling me to go somewhere else lol.
Can’t say this enough. Maybe just stay away. Not busy when I got there but it took too long to be seated and get food. While the actual food quality tasted up to par, I eventually got sick that evening (and this place was my only meal). Not sure this is the place to eat at - if you see the other reviews as well. I thought it was an isolated incident but alas, looks like everyone doesn’t like this place either. Not sure what’s wrong with this IHOP but this should be for you
Would give zero stars if could. Stopped by this location and the employees were literally yelling and arguing across the restaurant asking to fight. Crazy part of it all, the MANAGER sat there and said nothing! Tables full of dirty dishes. Nobody working or doing their job except for the elderly lady Myra. She is the only reason for my 1star! She definitely needs a raise and a promotion. I wish I would have recorded how she was running around the restaurant taking orders busting tables and trying to seat guest. All by herself. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION, EVER.
The wait was not long. We placed our order and it took a while for the drinks to come out. The waiter bought my daughter and husband drinks but told me my coffee was brewing. I ordered french toast with a well done steak and received it before I got my coffee. The food was ok I have had better at the Waldorf location. I live in College Park but I will travel to a different location at this point.
If it were possible to give 0 stars I would but I’ll settle for the 1. The service was HORRIBLE the staff was rude and the food took abt an hour to come out. We were not offered refills, our server changed abt 3 times throughout our visit. When the food finally came out the pancakes were cold and I no longer had an appetite. I waited about 45 minutes for a milkshake and when it finally came out it was more milk than shake. And top top it off I was given a chocolate milkshake that was supposed to be Oreo. 0/10 would not recommend.

I said I wouldn’t ever go back here and I did it again smh I had hopes there was some change. Staff were a bunch of kids bless their hearts but they just played around and sat around. I noticed at least 3 of them looked annoyed as they seemed to be doing most of the running back and forth working while the others played. The floors were dirty not vacuumed not even at least swept .Anyway the food was not good or even good to look at and the bathroom was gross like never cleaned gross. Fix this Place it’s embarrassing.
Please stop giving people old food or leftover food. I paid for fresh creps not for junk creps from day before.
