They don't make lattes how they're upposed to. Every other dunkin makes it better. They split 1 espresso shot into 2 lattes and ends up tasting like I am drinking creamer with a splash of coffee. If your food you order runs out they will have you just waiting without saying a word to you until you have to remind them your waiting for food. I would come here daily but not anymore ill make my own coffer I keep paying for creamer only I'm over this store. Only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the store is clean that's it. They all need to be trained again or told stop cutting corners on coffee.
I go to many other Dunkins, but this one is the best. At other Dunkins, the frozen drink machines are always "down" or they forget to "toast" your Avocado Toast (how they forget to toast toast is incomprehensible). Not at this Dunkin. At this Dunkin, the machines are always "up" and the toast is always "toasted". On top of that, the crew is always professional and quick. Thanks Balitmore Ave Dunkin crew. You guys are fantastic!
Every time I order here they are out of something. I called the lady on the phone that answered rushed me off the phone saying she wasn’t in the store. Heard a child in the background just unprofessional. It’s disappointing I wish there was a Krispy Kreme near by. Won’t be patronizing this location again

Pretty good dukin doughnuts, staff were good and seem pretty friendly.
If you place a curbside order and they do not have an item that you ordered. The staff will NOT call to inform you that they are sold out. They just allow you to sit inside your car and wait for 15-20 mins until you have to walk in the store and figure out what the hold up is. Then the staff will say, "Oh we were sold out"... so you are gonna let me sit in my car the entire time! And the make matters worse, their phone number is ALWAYS busy!!! Get it together!!!!
Customer service was HORRIBLE… I was told that they had no coffee coolatas at 8:30 am. This location is in college park MD as soon as you come off the beltway across the street from ihop by the Home Depot and shoppers. The staff were extremely rude the place was visibly atrocious. Not at all what I expected in this area. If you can avoid this Dunkin’ Donuts there’s another one 1.5 miles away.
