Disgusted with the treatment of this place. Very poor management. Walked to this store which is in proximity to my newly purchased home for breakfast and Manager Charmaine tells me that she is not serving any food that I can only buy donuts or coffee. I ask why am I not able to get food as I only wanted a sandwich and she says with a attitude that she has all these online orders. I asked her how is that fair to me as a patron who walked to the establishment and she began to roll her eyes. I couldn’t believe that she would be so unprofessional as to have a attitude with a customer who has a valid concern. I then said to her that I can understand if you would have told me there may be a longer wait for food as there in an increase in orders but to tell me that you will not be serving a breakfast sandwich that I have to get either coffee or donuts is absolutely not appropriate. She then after all of that said that she would (begrudgingly and sucking her teeth) make me a sandwich and then I said no I do not want you to make me a sandwich. Don’t even worry about it. Another young girl that was working with her decided to come up and start to say she’s going to have a nice day and get all smart with me (the customer) who will no longer support this business. This is a establishment that I recently started supporting almost daily and sadly I have not felt more disrespected and I do feel that this establishment is definitely racist and prejudice based on the way that I was treated as a customer. They would not have spoken to another customer in the tone that they chose to spoke to me. The owners need to take a closer look at how their store is being run and what is actually happening here as there are serious issues that will need to be addressed. The other young lady (without the hijab) was disrespectful and rude so much that the manager had to turn to her and ask her to stop. All because the perception of me being visibly upset and asking questions as a black woman made it ok for her to get disrespectful and roll her eyes. I don’t understand how this behavior is professional nor ok. The Franchise owner needs to take a serious hands on approach to turning this location around or there will not be a location soon. I have combed through these reviews and it’s apparent that the complaints have not been handled appropriately. Poor management starts from the head down.

Dated March 5, 2022 around 10am...the lady employee there seems like don't know what she was doing. I was just there to pick up an order but made me wait longer than my pick up time. She needs training. Kudos to the guy (cashier) that helped me.
I placed an Uber eats order and after an hour and a half, my order was canceled. I waited an hour and a half for this order and my driver waited over 20 minutes at the location. I called the store to find out why & a young girl brattily answered the phone "hello..". I asked what establishment it was and she just sounded confused. Talking to her was getting me nowhere, so I asked for a manager and was told that there wasn't one. She then said she was one. She then proceeded to get an attitude and hang up the phone. I called back several times and no one answered but the last time, a boy answered. Same hello, no business, no name, no nothing. So I asked him to speak to a manager and he said "this is the manager". I asked how many managers there were because the first girl who answered the phone said she was a manager as well. I asked for a person in charge and he hung up the phone. I could hear laughing, it sounded like a middle school classroom. I want to know what happened with my order and why it took so long. And why there was no one to speak with to resolve this issue.
This Dunkin has good days and bad days. I really like some of the staff. They can get real busy and you can see when they are tired, but who wouldn't get tired working in that location? They make my coffee and anything else I ask for quickly and the donuts are generally fresh. Caveat here is they can run low on stock late in the day, so get yours early. I won't stop there after say 5PM. I have not tried the ice cream, but it looks good to me.If you stop here you will get the best they have to offer at that time of the day, so show a little love in the tip cup when you leave.
I have been coming to this Dunkin’ for quite some time now because it’s the closest one to where I live but I’m really disappointed. The customer service is really poor and most of the staff doesn’t even know how to make any coffee. They mess up my order like 95% of the times .Most of the times there is a lady cashier and as soon as you enter the store she start’s telling you what you can’t buy and what they don’t have even if you don’t want to order it.Would never recommend anyone to come here.
Came by this location due to I ordered 3 sweet tea’s with 2 extra pumps of liquid cane sugar but received regular sugar from the greenbelt location 5900, when I stopped by this location I was greeted by a young man named Caesar and I told him what happened and he assisted me with my order. He was very polite and professional I will be back!! Keep up the good work.. Also the young lady who made my drinks was super nice!!!
Let me say this...this place was a mess ..the assistant manager which was a young lady.. she needs to be retrained...the employees seem overly under train....I order a turkey and egg and cheese sandwich for curb side .pick up ..well I waited for a half hour for me to walk inside and say heres your coffee but there's a wait on your sandwich...um really....the guy that made my sandwich made it wrong he not only put pork on there three times..yes I had to go back three times before I call customer service.....like they had a full attitude with me because they were wrong..when I ask for my money back they told me no...I express to them that myself as a manager you never argue with the customers... and if I was there manager the three would not be at my store... if a customer ask for corporate number...they are to give it not tell them no...if they made a mistake try to listen to details on what they want and ask for...so the issue can be fix... since this i have not been to college park dunkin donuts on Baltimore Ave... and I never plan to go back... that day took up 1and a half of my morning... after I just got off work....I just wanted my sourdough turkey and egg sandwich with a coffee and head home ....but nope I had to turn around ...because of bacon!.. for them to put bacon on it again then to put a little of bacon in the back of my sandwich.... details listen and attitude is the key to a good team work ...and happy customer experience..
Counter clerk wore mask but nose uncovered when dipping ice cream from buckets. ? Other that, ice cream and service was good.
Ran out of donuts and bagels mid am on weekends which doesn't make sense for a donut shop. Line was very long too. Maybe it was just that one day.
