The pineapple butter bun is pretty good, I recommend it for dine in because the bun is more crunchy/ crispy and hot.. the Signature milk tea is smooth and tasty, and it come with glass bottle which you can use for 10% discount next time purchase( only drink) .. nice decorations inside.. staffs are friendly..only one suggestion maybe if they could have Free Wi-Fi in the store..
Cute space and delicious bubble teas! Definitely a great place to just pick up or dine in. The teas are strong and caffeinated; great for a late study night and times you need that extra focus! College Park always comes through with the good bubble tea spots and this is on time since Ten Ren Tea Time closed during the pandemic. They also have outlets in case you want to work or meet.
Not a fan of milk tea, so I was glad to see that they offered fruit iced teas. The mango passion fruit jelly tea exceeded my expectations. Especially for the price that you pay. My husband got the kiwi iced tea. He was not impressed and said that it did not taste like kiwi. It sort of had an artificial kiwi taste.
This place is awesome. Delicious coffee milk tea and signature milk tea. They come in an adorable glass bottle that I will be using again. Thank you for doing your part with the three R's!!!
We were sad to see that Ten Ren Tea Time's closed and were looking for the new bubble tea spot in College Park. 5 stars just for the presentation! The staff was so kind and recommended to try the Amber Pearl Milk Tea & Golden Cheese Toast, which was amazing! Glad we found this new spot and will be back a lot!

It is hard to stand out among all of the boba options in the DMV, but Cuppa Tea has successfully carved its own niche with its quality drinks and Hong Kong snacks. We tried the taro pearl milk tea (with brown sugar), pineapple fruit jelly iced tea, and lemon iced tea. The drinks were high quality, with chunks of real taro and fresh fruits in each sip. The sweetness of the drinks can be customized, and the teas are served in beautiful high quality cups that we ended up keeping instead of throwing them out. They even have some teas packaged in cute glass containers, which makes great options to buy as gifts.What helps this boba shop stand out from its competitors are its cafe menu selection. It offers many different snacks, including egg waffles, pineapple butter bun, and curry fish balls. We tried the ehg waffles and pineapple butter bun, both of which were fresh and delicious!With its fast and friendly service, relaxing setting with plenty of seating, and great menu offerings, this place makes for an excellent study spot! I only wish that I could be a UMCP student again in order to frequent this more often.Tip - parking is a little hard to find; look for a side entrance to the parking garage next to the shop.

The only real Cantonese style milk tea and pineapple butter bun you could find in this area. Everything tastes exactly like in Hong Kong.
