Ive been buying from cold stone from college park for 5 years. Ice cream contained so much air pockets, I finished my medium icecream in 2 minutes.
I just called the store to complain and the employees were kind but it is unacceptable for them to not have the ice cream in the display. They are running in the back to get the icecream so who knows if we are getting FRESH icecream. This is unacceptable and these poor kids are being taken advantage of. The store looks very unprofessional and I’m disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting icecream tonight but would like to see where my icecream is coming from. All of the employees appear to be stressed and I was hoping for a more positive experience. Hopefully this issue gets resolved because I love cold stone icecream.
I Luv Cold Stone...…. However, the College Park location Sucks with poor customer service & attitudes.Online orders are invariably screwed up, without fail.I now prefer Silver Spring or Laurel Cold Stone.
Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. It was very tasty & yummy. We will be back to order ice cream cakes for any future occasions.
The place is small and dirty. You can’t even fit Inside when there’s more that 5 people in line. Also ordered two of their specialties that had cookie dough and they didn’t put cookie dough in either… how do you mess that up
So today me and my family came here today . We were greeted by 2 young men and a female who seem quite warm welcoming . As usual I got the strawberry blonde with a waffle bowl , and it came out perfect and delicious . I’m not the type to leave reviews but when good costumer service is given , I have to point it out . Overall great experience .
I have visit this location multiply of times. Giving it the benefit of the doubt and it’s poor service every time I decide to come here! Before you come pls read reviews. I suggest you drive somewhere else to get better service. This location is extremely bad!
Very friendly and helpful as this was my son's first time visiting.
Second time trying to order through Uber eats and both times the order never arrived or was cancelled. What is the point of offering delivery if the orders are never fulfilled. Both times I was waiting over an hour before the order was inevitably cancelled. Very poor customer service.
