They literally can never get an order right. I think they should require atleast a diploma to work there, but it’s not a requirement and it shows. I don’t get it.. hate your job so much ? Easy fix school, but nurses don’t want to leave work already exhausted and can’t enjoy a correct order. For such a basic job I’m embarrassed for them no the man who assured he would add the things to my order on the phone after making sure I asked and confirmed with him, he assured me and still messed up my order be completely ignored everything I wasted all of 10 minutes calling them, just because I already knew they could never get it right.
How do they have such a high rating?? Every single time I order from here something is missing. Don’t order a salad you’ll never get dressing. Im so frustrated I deleted the chipotle app.
A good Chipotle but they prioritize in- person orders over on-line orders so there can be a wait for online orders if a long line appears out of nowhere. It looks like they do their best though!
The location is not made to be walked to from the nearby hotel or Ikea due to lack of sidewalk or path from the entrance road to Ikea. Additionally the kitchen orientation is not visible from the entrance door and not well suited for a line, but the most frustrating element is the mobile orders are not done in parallel by a dedicated person and while the line may be short, mobile orders can significantly delay in person orders. It seems logistics of one person working in person while a second is doing mobile hasn't been considered even when then are a large number on staff and a growing line. A positive surprise though was the plant based (peas) chorizo being available, it is a very good choice.

Really can be a good place. Relatively fast service most of the time. Sometimes try to run lean on the burritos, but most of the time pretty decent. Best alternative when College park is crowded which is a lot of times.
Got there early around 11 am, food was quick and fresh.
