My family has ordered take out orders a half a dozen times from this location. Our order has never been correct. NEVER. This time we ordered two burritos and a bowl. We received three bowls. And the one bowl we did order was a vegetarian bowl, but they left off the guacamole. I tried to complain less publicly by calling the store, but they do not accept calls. I suggest ordering from the Hyattsville location. We will do that next time. Fingers crossed it’s less of a disaster.
A most wonderful and delightful experience. The burritos were the best on the entire east coast. Service was fast today. Been going here for years. Will continue to do so.
Their food was ok. The guacamole was horrible that they charged an extra $2:25 for. They really need to stop advertising the freshness of their food. Regardless people seem to not care about quality. That's why they can get away with poor quality food. Will not go here again. At least the one in Laurel
Firstly chipotle is one of my favourite places to go eat. But I am definitely not coming back to this one. The meat portion served was like literally nothing. I saw the person infront of me order double meat and I saw him get regular amount of meat that we get at other chipotle.Other than the portion, everything else was great.
They work so so hard here. Every single time I'm there, seriously must suck and I really appreciate them dealing with everything they do. MVPs of Baltimore Ave. Next time the boys of A CHode Pi walk in without a mask I will slap them for you. THank you for everything <333
Food is good but sometimes service takes painfully long. Would recommend you order ahead.
“Face Mask Required” obviously not enforced as two college kids walked in one with no mask and the other with their mask hanging down on their face. There is a variant spreading like wild fire and seeing that made me walk and leave. I don’t need to get sick because you can’t enforce the policies set in place to keep staff and customers safe. Not going to feel comfortable going back there again.
The best thing about Chipotle in general is their food, and this restaurant is a hit or miss on that front. Brisket is either chewy or perfectly crisp, same goes with the chicken. The positives end there. Like almost any Chipotle, the staff are rude, floors are a guac minefield, and the noise is like going to a Seahawks game with GarageBand beats thumping in your ears. I’ll still be a regular customer, albeit reluctantly. Chipotle, while you still make boatloads of money, it’s never too late to clean up your act.
Some of this Chipotle restaurant employees discriminate their customers. We are paying to get fair treatment and Services. Chipotle food is not weighed like Whole Foods. It is scaled by the good will of the the employee. So this employees need to be fair are respect everyone equally. Most of their regular customers are college kids, probably I am not one of them. Black, white, latino, Asian who ever comes to spend money is a king. Please no impartiality.
Always busy but never disappoints. I order online and they always have it on time, the line is always to the door and somehow they get it ready.
