Taylor was great! Took time to get seated yet Taylor was attentive, brought refills without us asking, and very pleasant!
Love the food here! The wings are really big with many choices for flavors in both sauces or dry rubs. I chose original buffalo sauce which was perfect. I did have to ask for additional sauce as the wings were lacking a lot of sauce. The burger was also very tasty and I would recommend, much better than I had expected.We ordered a large order of cheese curds and onion rings as well and the portions are very large so keep that in mind. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and the cheese curds were amazing!There is a very large selection of tvs to choose from and just ask if you want to watch something, chances are they will change the channel for you.So why not five stars? Essentially the service unfortunately. There was no line and multiple staff saw us waiting but said nothing and then someone did say that someone will be right with us, then 5 min later that same person sat us. The restaurant was. It busy, maybe 4 tables were full out of the 20 plus available. Not sure of the disconnect but just a bit disappointed in having to wait over ten min to be seated in a relatively empty restaurant.
Based on the reviews, I was a bit hesitant and not to mention, I have not ate BWW in years. But, from the reviews, it seemed like customer service was a common denominator- though, the reviews were not really recent. My homie and I went around 5:30 and our server by the name of Jessica was quite attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Considering it was not crowded, we got our food quick. Very fresh and I was a happy camper. I definitely cannot take reviews as gold because there are probably other variables that contributed to the users experiences. Thankfully, my experience was favorable.
Service was horrible this place was great years ago. The only person that was working was the little old lady at the bar. Our waiter was absent minded and I caught her several times dancing and running her mouth when she was supposed to be checking on our incorrect order. The table beside us had her for a waiter and she failed to mention that 3 of the requests that order was out of stock. So everyone was sitting there like ducks in the water waiting on her to remember us. Smh. The experience was horrible. Will never come to this establishment again. Unorganized, inconsiderate service.
Food was decent enough, but I did finish my food before the rest of my got theirs. The restaurant was probably as filthy as legally allowed. My seat had sauces on it. The restroom was comparable to a deserted truck stop. The whole place needs a facelift

Boneless wing deal on Thursdays Bogo...lunch specials end at 2pm..Although it was quite slow during my visit. I would have appreciated "a server" actually wearing his mask correctly..under your chin doesn't work! Too many wing flavor options..that aren't good..A laid back option for a quick drink and some wings. Don't expect much.
My husband and I was greeted by a young gentleman that we later found out named D’wayne he asked if we was dining in and my husband said yea, he went to go seat a table and was gone for a few minutes he comes back he goes to the area where DoorDash etc orders are placed for pick up and he starts to move the different orders and say out loud it’s not this hard just read and put the orders in the right area (he huffs and puffs) now he comes back to us and says oh you wanted to be seated we say yes, he then says their is a 15-20 min wait and gets our name we notice that the bar area is open so we go and walk over there and sit down, as we sit he comes and says I’m just sit yall there since y’all sat there ( he said it with a attitude), As we sit there we see him interact with other guest and he was very rude, someone did the same thing we did sit at an open table and he came to them and said I told you at the front you have to sit at the bar this is not the bar, the gentleman says but this is open and he just says fine and walks away.. He really needs some more training on customer service and just friendliness!! Now on a better note JESSICA was excellent she was very patient and customer service was on point!!!! Great job to her!!! Also food was delicious!!!

Quarter final championship football game and our server states we can no longer order drinks because there’s a cut off limit. I’d understand if we had been acting obnoxious, belligerent, stumbling or slurring our speech but this is not the case. Not only did our server not provide the basic napkins/ silverware, we had to flag her down multiple times but now we are cut off. This isn’t the first time we come here, our business is located less than 5 minutes away and we used to frequent this location. 3 beers, 2 shots in and we are cut off. We’ve been here for 4 hours while consuming food. They didn’t have the cider we requested, didn’t have a shots we requested and now we have to sit here watching the game. Each drink took over 10 mins to be delivered, this place is under staffed with people who are inadequate and slow.
