We ordered on-line for delivery and did not find out until an hour later by email that our order was canceled. After 5 phone calls we were finally able to get through to the restaurant only to find out that there was no manager on-site. We were then told that our order was completed, but still at the restaurant because their 3rd party deliverer did not pick up the order and no indication was given that another attempt would be made to have the items delivered. We submitted a complaint through their website. Rather than refunding our money, we got an email with a gift certificate for free dessert with the purchase of a pizza. Their way of correcting this is asking that we buy more food to get a single free item. All we want is our money back. Overall this was a horrible ordering experience that we were duped into paying for followed by an insulting response from Blaze Pizza.
Been here a few times. Usually they overcook my pizza but it's still decent. But i went today and there was only one employee working. Poor guy was scrambling between online orders and customers in store while having to do every bit of the process. Some others customers were getting impatient (understandably) but he handled everything very well. Food was good I just felt bad for bro
I've ordered from here several times. Always good but tonight was some garbage. Whoever was making the Pizzas tonight clearly wasn't in the mood.I asked for gluten free crust, I didn't get that. I asked for pesto drizzle, I didn't get that. I asked for black olives, they gave me kalamata olives. So the pizza was super salty. And I ordered a brownie, I didn't get that.Everything wrong.By the time I received it was too late to reorder.Boooo!
Not recommended if you're up for a proper pizza. MOD's much better.
Solid build your own pizza cooked on an open flame fire. They have several Gluten free options. Around $15 for a pizza. We each got our own because the crust is pretty thin. We came Home with just under 1/2 pizza left.We will come back when we’re in the area looking for a tasty lunch.
Friendly staff. The selection is really good. Great place if you're looking for just the right amount of pizza.
Great place for a build-your-own pizza.Always a smooth experience here, wait is usually not to bad and line goes by quick. If you order online then pick-up is super easy as they have a separate shelf for you to pick up online orders hassle-free.From experience, the time on the online orders also seems to be accurate and they are very good about doing them on time.Food is good and usually well cooked. Never had a bad experience hereDefinitely recommend
This review isn’t for the quality of the food, honestly I was hoping to get the attention of the manager for this location. On 03/18 (a Friday) we were charged multiple times for an order and reassured the problem would be resolved on the next week day. We were also given the store’s business card with a phone number and no one is answering. This is a pretty serious problem, nearly $100 is missing from our account and no one is helping. At this point we’ll have to go through our bank and that just causes more problems for the restaurant. Pretty unfortunate considering we enjoyed the order.
The pizza is great. The customer service is terrible.I've been here three times and every time the customer service is bad. Last night, the girl was making my pizza and answering a text message at the same time. She even looked at me like I interrupted her incoming texts. SMH.Go for the food, not the service.
Food is amazing. But the parking meter maid attendants are rats. I went inside to get change to fill up the parking meter and the moment I came outside, they gave me a ticket. Even after I explained I went inside the store to get quarters, they didn't care.
