I placed an Uber eats order and after an hour and a half, my order was canceled. I waited an hour and a half for this order and my driver waited over 20 minutes at the location. I called the store to find out why & a young girl brattily answered the phone "hello..". I asked what establishment it was and she just sounded confused. Talking to her was getting me nowhere, so I asked for a manager and was told that there wasn't one. She then said she was one. She then proceeded to get an attitude and hang up the phone. I called back several times and no one answered but the last time, a boy answered. Same hello, no business, no name, no nothing. So I asked him to speak to a manager and he said "this is the manager". I asked how many managers there were because the first girl who answered the phone said she was a manager as well. I asked for a person in charge and he hung up the phone. I could hear laughing, it sounded like a middle school classroom. I want to know what happened with my order and why it took so long. And why there was no one to speak with to resolve this issue.
I came in around 8pm Saturday 7/24 and there were two girls working and they were amazing!! Both of them had great customer service, very friendly and seem like hard workers! I definitely would keep coming back just for them. They are doing a great job!!
I walked to the door 7 minutes before 9pm as the sign still said open. As I approach a guy locked the door and walked away. I then engaged with the other employees asking why they are closed before 9pm and as we were talking the lights in the location were turned off. The three were very unprofessional and it shows they lack work ethic. I was not alone. There were 4 other customers wondering why they closed early. Meanwhile google says they don’t close till 10pm. I can’t visit this location in the future.
Even though there are a few items unavailable at the moment, Baskin Robbins is still very good in terms of service and ice cream!!
Poor customer service! No greetings or anything! If you can’t speak, I can’t spend my money!Do better!
No toppings for ice cream, so no sprinkles, no recesses, no m&ms. No banana for banana split. No vanilla ice cream. No hot fudge. With out all of this then what’s the point of this ice cream shop??? This has been the first basking Robbins that literally has nothing
The ice cream shop and the donut shop are in the same store. The ice cream was good but they can improve their service a bit. But they were polite and nice.
It has a very racist and lazy staff I would never go to that place again and I do not recommend it 👎
very rude crew members and dirty service. They gave me a cup of tea with icecream stains all over the cup and the hijab-wearing crew lady was touching the banana after peeling it with her bare hands after she scratched her arm. Very disgusting and very rude service. Never go there again.
Was a split Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, so no 31 flavors. Took the kids since they said they never been, had them taste some Prailines & Cream (the best), they loved it! Ice cream was good and prices still a little better than Cold Stone.
