Went in for a simple order. Cashier pressed a wrong key and needed a manager override (no big deal, it happens). Manager ignored her for almost 5 minutes until I said something, then didn't seem to know what to do to override. I walked and went to Popeyes up the road where I had my order taken and food delivered within 2 minutes of walking in.Apparently a burger and fries is too much to handle.
I was there about 10 minutes ago. Was waiting several minutes at the drive through speaker before anyone spoke at all. Several times I asked if anyone was there during that time, so it wasn't simply an oversight; I was being purposely ignored. I also did not get an apology at any point.
First they left my sandwich out of my bag. Then they tried to tell me I don’t know what kind of sandwich I ordered. Cashier was cool but the manager had a bad attitude. It’s called customer service she needs to go back to management training
My Bacon Burger and fries were good. I like Wendy's because they have a Varied menu with a lot of Healthy Options. I've Loved every Salad and Spicy item I've gotten.

Food is always great and accurate but the staff come off as having attitude. Partly due to staff shortages and rude customers I'm sure but also just who they are. Be prepared that they may be closed when their hours say open.
Wendys is expensive for fast food, but they never compromised on quality like we see in the competition. They want to sell a certain quality and they charge what they need to in order to provide that quality. Also, they have great 'no-pickle-near-the-sandwich' options that I personally love.
Sad experience. When I finally arrived at the window, I found that she had never entered my order in the computer although she did remember it. During the conversations that ensued with someone on the inside with her, I heard give her told to just give $8 change. This was change of a $20 bill which was for for a sandwich and a drink. I questioned the amount and was told it would have been cheaper to get the meal. That made no sense to me and I did inform her that was my last trip to a Wendy's. Not because of her incompetence taking my order but because of the exorbitant price of a sandwich and drink.
I love Wendy's as a whole, but this location is at a bad spot road wise. I love the food and the staff is on their game every time, but I absolutely hate the traffic and trying to get out of there is ridiculous!
Just below average. Food was slow to get. The Chicken sandwiches are not even on the same playing field as the rest of the offerings but still better than McDonald's. The price was $15 dollars for 2 sandwichs and a large soda. The drive through was slow for being after 1:30. The soda ratio was off and my straw that was in my bag was soaking wet... not the bag or the food just the straw. Wanted to try it out... I wont be back.
