FIND A DIFFERENT TACO BELL.Not sure what happened to this location but they keep the lobby locked at all times and the drive thru takes over 30 minutes to get through. One time my order was completely someone else's and they told me to drive around and wait again. The other time I just left because it took so long (30+ Minutes). It's a shame I'll have to drive further to get some TBell, but please trust me. Save yourself the frustration.
Holy moly what a terrible location. I had ordered through the app and chose drive thru pick up, when i got to the speaker they told me that my order wasn’t ready yet and that I needed to come inside. Of course my order wasn’t ready yet, I just got here. Anyone ordering through the drive thru doesn’t have their food ready either. I just happened to order ahead to avoid human conversation. When I tried to ask what they meant they stopped answering me.Anyway: technology is good but only as convenient as your staff will allow it to be.
Placed an online order 10 minutes before I left my house. I pulled in and there were two cars ahead of me. Each car sat at the drive through order speaker for at least 10 minutes each. I was unable to leave the line because there were so many people behind me. Once I finally made it up to the speaker they asked what I wanted and I said I had an online order they said we just received it two minutes ago and asked me to wait at the speaker until the told me to move up. I said I have already been sitting in line for 20 minutes and the lady “Briana” screamed at me “JUST WAIT THERE”. I come here all the time and there is one worker that is so rude it completely blows my mind that someone like that could keep a job in customer service. This is a repeat occurrence with this worker. Anytime she is working it’s always a terrible experience along with a horrendous attitude. I have never had an issue with any other staff at this location. This needs to be addressed. It is embarrassing that this location has someone like that working in customer service. I called once about this employee before and nothing has changed. These experiences make me hesitant to go to this location or want to return.
Taco Bell is definitely my guilty pleasure. This location is the best location in the state of Maryland. The staff is great the food is always perfect and fresh. I know the staff works really really hard in these trying times. I appreciate this place.
Been in the area about a year. First time eating from this location. Asked son to stop there and get me the 3 Loco taco Supreme meal and add 2 Loco tacos. They gave him the two. Now he should have checked. Needless to say I was missing the 3. Sent him back they handed him 2 instead of the 3 and he didn't check AGAIN!??? so only 3 stars from me for this location. But my son gets NO STARS! FIRED
Is this location closed permanently or undergoing a renovation? I ordered from the app yesterday, only to get to the store and find all the windows completely covered in brown paper and the drive thru blocked off. No notice posted about anything going on, and the app still shows the location as open and accepting orders. The phone number listed for the store says it hasn't been set up.
Taco Bell never lets me down. The restaurant was clean, the staff were efficient, and the food tasted great.
It's taco bell.I'm not even sure they use real meat.This was my first time trying it sober...would not recommend.Tastes great after a night out though, so they have that going for them.
I ordered one line and went through the drive-through to pick it up.. I didn't have any sauces or utensils in the bag but the drive-through person did tell me that they were doing the best they could because they were down and employee and Fridays are extremely busy a Taco Bell on York road.
Very warm greeting upon entering and the staff was nice. Food is good.
